You can easily learn any jutsu. First you use the insight of the sharingan to break down and copy the jutsu, then the rinnegan which gives access to all natures can probably give you the ability to use the jutsu, well outside of kekkie genkai.

On-topic: The only thing they can't copy is Kekkei Genkai. However, Sharingan and Rinnegan does make a good combination.
