But if it was EMS and I could design my Susano'o (and maybe toss in a unique jutsu like Obito's) I'd pick Sharingan.

Dark, emerald green Susano'o. Bull's horns, bladed vertibre, Demonic Shuriken in one hand, Genjutsu orb in the other. Damn that would be useful. Left eye is an inward singularity, right eye is outer (lifted and pulled around, not like the Deva Path's shockwaves). Or maybe left eye stasis, right eye time dialation.

Definitely Rinnegan. Since the start of the series,we haven't seen the Rinnegan at full power. Nagato and Obito only had it transplanted into them and Madara drop a couple meteors with just the limited, edo tensei Rinnegan. Then he finally gets a real, full power Rinnegan and takes out several tail beasts without moving a muscle. And lets not forget about Creation of All Things
