The Sharingan along with the Byakugan and Rinnegan are the three great Dojutsu in the ninja world. The Sharingan is a kekkei genkai belonging to members of the Uchiha clan. By enhancing a person's visual prowess the Sharingan grants its users the ability to see chakra flow, perceive motions quicker than a normal ninja, and cast powerful genjutsu with stronger effects than normal illusions. Chakra flow can only be seen by looking at a target with the Sharingan. This is different than chakra sensing where you can sense all chakra in your vicinity. Also the Sharingan is able to distinguish different types of chakra from each other.
The Sharingan develops in 3 main stages. The first phase is an initial activation where the Sharingan is awakened for the first time. This activation is triggered by strong emotions of which most noticeably is anger. Most people experience these feelings at some point during a battle. Upon initial activation of the Sharingan a user's eyes will turn red and 1 tomoe will form in each of their eyes. With the 1 tomoe Sharingan a user gains the ability to see chakra flow and perceive motions slightly quicker than before. By spotting irregular chakra flow the user also gains the ability to see whether they or someone else is in a genjutsu.
Further progression of the Sharingan leads to the 2 tomoe and 3 tomoe stages. At each stage the perception of speed becomes much quicker for a person. At the 2 tomoe stage a user will be able to decipher an opponent's hand signs allowing them to predict their moves. Also gained at the 2 tomoe stage is the ability to break out of even higher rank genjutsu than the 1 tomoe stage. The abilities at the 2 tomoe stage only heighten at the 3 tomoe stage. At the 3 tomoe stage you can copy non-dojutsu abilities of an opponent. Finally the Sharigan can be progressed a step further to the Mangekyo and eventually Eternal Mangekyo stages where a whole new set of Sharingan jutsu are unlocked

As sokka hears the word parents he remebers his childhood living without parents was sorrowful this makes him angry and he runs towards minato to punch him in the face after punching he bends down to kick his knee and then give him a powerful punch to the chest 'we are the uchiha's the smartest and strongest of all clans we kill to get stronger'

Minato says cooly as the man dashes towards him with a punch aimed at his face, as he does so Minato simply sways his upper body deftly avoiding the punch bringing his right arm over the opponents own arm punching him directly on the bridge of the nose shattering it. Sending the boy sprawling back to the floor.
Is that all you have? Mighty Uchiha. Ha.

As the punch knocks the boy backwards bloods start coming out of his nose he then stands up holding his nose after felling the blood flow out his anger and intent to kill increases as he dash towards minato and he punch him to the face then he throws a kunai aimed for his heart 'thats not all as i am not the strongest of us' sokka says as he then punch minato twice in the face

Yes that's it, i feel the emotion pouring from you. But it's as though from an angry child. Is this the extent of your desire?
Minato says this as the kunai flies towards him. not moving an inch Minato simply raises his hands to his side. Using his incredible reaction speed to clap them together in the blink of an eye catching the kunai in front of his chest, this happens as the Uchiha is dashing towards him to follow up, no doubt suprising him and covering up that Minato secretly left the seal of the flying thunder god on the mans kunai. He then throws the kunai like a throwing knife arcing it through the air aimed to pierce directly through the top of the shinobi's foot pinning him to the floor as he attempts to punch. Minato simply leans back out of range, laughing as the young Uchiha is unable to step forwards with the kunai buried through his foot.

As the kunai goes through his leg he sees that he is pinned and cannot move further then he brings out his boomerang and throws it in an arc to pierce minato's head no it is not,only if i could move closer

Closer huh. Let me oblige.
Minato says this as the young man draws his boomerang and pulls his arm back to throw it, as he does Minato teleports to the kunai he had marked standing atop it as he appears, his weight pushing it further through the mans foot as he grabs his arm attempting to throw the boomerang.
After grabbing the mans arm he headbutts him using the hardest part of his skull, directly on the bridge of the mans noise shattering it with considerable force.
However this was merely a distraction, as Minato formed a small Rasengan in the palm of his right hand slamming it in to the mans shoulder as he held his boomerang back, the force pushed the man back causing the kunai to tear through the flesh on his foot, making walking almost impossible, and the rasengan caused excessive trauma to the mans shoulder as he hurtled back through the air skidding across the floor.
