Sharingan Kekkei Genkai Copying Abilities

Can the user of a Sharingan with the same kekkei genkai (bloodline limit) as his opponent, copy his opponent's moves?

For example: Can Obito copy the technique "Flower Tree World" of Uchiha Madara as he has the same bloodline limit (Senju DNA Wood Release) as Madara?

I think not because of the pairing of the 1st hoakge's cells...I'm thinking that madara used cells directly from him while Obito uses a Zetsu clone. i also notice that when obito uses wood style it comes from the Zetsu part of his body while madara's wood style comes from the ground.

Interesting note. I would say Obito is probably just a little bit more skilled than Yamato is in using the Mokuton

Oh, I see. I guess it doesn't matter if the two ninjas have the same bloodline limit but depends on how strong that bloodline limit is within each ninja. So, for a sharingan to copy a technique of another bloodline limit, the user of such sharingan has to have his bloodline limit on the same level of his opponent's bloodline limit (Obito's senju DNA is weaker than Madara's Senju DNA so Obito would not be able to copy Madara's "Flower Tree World")?

If both parties have the same level and mastery of the kekke genkai, the one with sharingan would be able to copy the handseal jutsu of the other...

Madara from his many fights with Hashirama memorized his abilities... only when he got his dna was he able to use them
