Sharingan Is Decended From the Juubi not Rinnegan

Maybe the Sharingan was the all the hate and malice of the Juubi that leaked into the elder son when he was conceived. So6P was stated to have become the Juubi Jinjuuriki until he used the last of his strength to separate the juubi into the nine bijuu etc. etc.

The Juubi is what we see possessing a nine tamoe sharingan:

I don't know where it definitively states that the Sharingan is a decendant of the Rinnegan. We only know that the two Doujutsu are related because Sharingan is one pre-requisite of unlocking Rinnegan. My theory is...the power of the juubi (sharingan) plus the life force the Sage needed to posses the first Rinnegan ever, creates the ability to utilize BOTH doujutsu techs feely as we see in Madara.

Sharingan senses chakra, predicts and copies movements, and special hidden abilities like amaterasu and s/t while rinnegan allows weilder to utillize all elements after developing them and control the paths etc.

The abilities are not that closely related, so how did the Sharingan derive from the Rinnegan.

The Byakugan also senses chakra and increases field of vision which is closely related to the abilities of the Sharingan.

So, in theory, the Juubi was what passed abilites to the elder son, and the Sage passed his abilites to the younger son.

Ok, so there is about three more eyes that we are still talking about.

Its The ShaRinnegan of Juubi, the Elder Son's Uzumaki Clan Dojutsu, and Just the Rinnegan and it's differences.

It is just the thing, what is the Juubi? A Tailed Beast. But before he split, he had a ShaRinnegan in his big eye that came from somewhere, right? And it disappeares completely after the split, right? No Tailed Beasts.

The Elder Son Dojutsu was probably a Variant of His dad's Perfect Rinne. And it had different powers as well, I suppose. It has probably been passed down and de-evolved into the Byakyugan, meaning that he did not give the direct Rinnegan to Uchiha.

Now we get to the good part. The Rinnegan and It's True Importance. I think the Rinnegan has another evolution. It is probably more famously called, the Moon's Eye. The Moon's Eye IS Juubi's Dojutsu.
Don't you see why Tobi needed both Rinnegan and Sharingan? When gets the Tailed Beast back to their Original Form, his eyes will be powered up to activate the Juubi's body and produce the Moon's Eye, giving Tobi the Dojutsu he needs to launch Infinite Tskuyomi. You didn't think Regular Rinnegan and Sharingan could do it, did you?

That is my theory.

Ok this is what i think after rereading manga, catching up on the anime, and doing some research. The Sharingan and Rinnegan both came from the juubi. The So6P getting his rinnegan from juubi yes and no. My reason for saying this is because it says that the Juubi is the start of chakra it self and somewhat a god creator of the world meaning. I think that Sharingan and Rinnegan are also both incomplete Juubi eyes since both share characteristics of it such as the rinni having three circles but no tomoe and the sharigan having one cirlce and three tomoes. Also since these eyes use chakra and the Juubi is the begining source of chakra this passed down the incomplete set of eyes and special jutsu through blood-lines and some the random special abilities. This was my yes part of the So6P getting his rinni from Juubi. The no part is that it is said that he used the the 6 paths a rinni ability to fight juubi mainly the path of creation proving he had the rinni eyes before sealing the juubi. Now for Madara unlocking the rinni i think is due to him reaching a certain level that maybe inside all people (my theory) but it may have helped since he already possed Sharigan. I also think that the reason ive seen madara swith in between Sharigan and rinni is because the are both incomplete and he is not strong enough to use both at the same time hint Obitos plan of instead taking both of Pains eyes just uses one. This is just my opinion and would gladdly keep talking about the subject always to hear new ideas.
