Sharingan Inconsistency

People are under the impression that part of the Sharingans abilities, is the ability to copy. That's entirely false, the Sharingan doesn't "copy" anything, it just allows its user to see things more efficiently.

Kakashi simply used that efficiency to "copy" jutsu. As long as you can read someone's hand seals, and possess the appropriate affinity, chakra reserves, kkg (if necessary), and talent-- then any ninja can "copy" jutsu.

There is no copy ability and if he wanted to, Izumo could perform Great Shark Bullet

You are right and wrong. Sharingan was initially meant to be capable of that but Kishi threw it away and forgot about it because thats just too OP; just like he threw away Kakashi's 1000 jutsu. Every Uchiha would have been god-tier if they could just copy any strong jutsu they come across. It is just treated as hype nowadays, nothing more, noting less.
