Just how strong is the sharingan's hypnosis? Is it easily broken or what?

Genjutsu =/= hypnosis.

Genjutsu traps someone's mind and forces them to do things.

Hypnosis merely accesses someones subconscious mind and suggests things to them. You cannot be hypnotized against your will and in hypnosis you cannot be forced to do something you don't want to do.

Well it's easily broken when you are with another teammate. No it's not easily broken when alone.

Do u mean genjutsu. Its strong but can be broken if someone else breaks it but tsukuyomi u have to be a uchiha to break it

Sorry for being a bit misleading. I just read on the Sharingan's wiki page about it having hypnosis and I didn't necessarily remember it having that. Here is an excerpt from the wiki on it: The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties.[10] More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda[11] or even a tailed beast may be controlled. It has been stated by Madara Uchiha that the beasts were slaves to those with the blessed eyes.[12] When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tails, their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. In a similar manner, one can enter a jinchūriki's subconscious to effectively suppress the tailed beast's chakra.[13] While this control can be absolute when used on a single target, when cast on multiple ones, it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain said control, giving chance for stronger targets like the tailed beasts to temporarily break free in certain instances.[14][15]
