Sharingan genjutsu

Can anyone with the sharingan use genjutsu even if they're stupid? Iirc you need high intelligence to use genjutsu but I may be wrong..

They can, illusions are sent through eye contact which requires some chakra control but yeah even they're stupid, they would still be able to cast it with enough skill.....

They can use it but it would be very weak or extremely obvious.

The tricky part is to use the Genjutsu without giving the game away, Which is why itachi was so damn good at it.

mabey not without some training. But yes it is a standard trait of the Sharingan to have genjutsu. Even Madara used a low grade Sharingan genjutsu against the Shinobi Alliance fodders.
