Just a little theory I was thinking of.
Tobirama already explained how Uchiha's brain develop and allow the changes of the sharingan, now there is some evidence that not only are the brains special but also the Sharingan eyes when it pertains to the brain being changed.
1. Kakashi did come to save Rin on his own and he may have changed on his own but I feel like Obito's eye changed something in Kakashi and kinda changed the way his brain worked and gave him some of Obito's traits in a way after he had died. Kakashi was a loner and always followed rules but as we see now in his adulthood he is very playful in a way.
2. Sasuke wants to crush Naruto before putting in Itachi' eyes and once they are in he sort of changes his plan. Kinda like something in Itachi's eye changed Sasuke's way of thinking, he no longer wanted revenge but just now wanted answers. He knew of Itachi's resolve before and still wanted revenge but now something was telling him to seek for more answers(talking to the kages).
3. I think a same situation came with Madara and his brother. Izuna died in battle with Tobirama killing him. Izuna obviously liked the war and wasnt looking for peace. At one point peace does happen but it does not last long as Madara goes back to fighting Hashi. Izuna's eye made Madara become more like his brother in wanting to continue that war instead of his boyhood dreams of no war.
Where it doesnt work:
4. Shisui wanted to stop the coup but that doesnt seem to change Danzo's way of thinking as he still continued with his plans. Now you could say Danzo didnt put in Shisui's eye till after but there is no evidence of that so we have to assume he put in the eye right away and there was no effect.
Conclusion: The sharingan will only effect the brain of the new user and change its way of thinking if the two people had a close relationship.
RIP to my other thread which didnt last long lol.
