For the record, Byakugan doesnt see through genjutsu. It only sees the if a person/people is/are under genjutsu. It also traces where the source of genjutsu is, apparently.

Well the only good and relevant Hyuga was Neji and he died for the pathetic Hinata who is a disgrace to the main branch of the clan. The other Hyuga's with the byakugan will not be particularity relevant in the series and Bort does not even have the regular byakugan because it is not good enough. So relevance wise with Sarada and Sasuke around with the Shins in the background equals sharingan>byakugan.
