That scan doesn't really say much. Madara called it Rinne. The Sage said Kaguya possed Sharingan alongside Byakugan. Sasuke referred to casting Infinite Tsukuyomi as a Rinnegan Jutsu. Which one is it?

Anyway, it was later cleared by the editors that it meant to be Rinne Sharingan as called by in the databook.

Madara said that those who posses the power of rinne should draw near the moon, he didn't say the power of rinnegan, rinnesharingan, or even sharingan.

And on top of that Sasuke guessed his rinnegan can block a rinnegan genjutsu, but Kaguya does not have a rinnegan as well as black zetsu in obito's body.

Madara said he got his info from the stone tablet which zetsu said he created a lie in, so of course you go by what Hagoromoo said.
He said his mother's IT came from her sharingan powers but to break it requires the rinnegan and biju chakra, so he's hardly wrong there if you look at the big picture
