Sharingan & Byakugan

is the sharingan = to Byakugan? and what if an uchiha transplanted one Byakugan eye? i wonder what will come of it and why hasnt tobi tried it yet? any coments on this thought?

No, rinnegan>sharingan>byakugan. It's basically stated that way in the manga. A regular sharingan user transplanting a byakugan may be useful, however having 2 MS/EMS is better. Tobi hasn't bothered 'cause it's just not as good.

Depends on who the wielder is. For example, just because Obito has Sharingan, that doesn't make him stronger than Neji, which he clearly isn't.

No. It was only ever stated that visually the byakugan was better. This is still true byakugan has 360 degree telescopic x-ray vision from 50 to 800 meters. Sharingan can only see what is right in front of it but can copy, counter and undertand it much better than a byakugan could ever hope.

But imagine if someone had a child and they had the byakugan and the sharingan . it would be tight xd , and the user wouldnt even have to lose an eye for the shringan or the byakugan. like they would reugular sharingan and the vain would just flow into the eyes like regular .

I don't think you guys are giving the Byakugan a fair standing. The Byakugan surpasses the Sharingan in its seeing abilities. But other than that, the Byakugan isn't better than the Sharingan.
