Right, I agree with you, but I have to relate it together only cause the Sharingan is derived from it. Plus, Rinnegan could use Susanoo, which means it either can use MS techniques/abilities, or it shares the same abilities as the Sharingan. And if it is either option, that means they are connected.



Just my habit of wanting things to match if they are related similarly. They both are from one original lineage, so that's my preference.

Ugh, I don't know, there have been other threads. I haven't even seen the movie, but several other posts have shared this statement with sources. I am too lazy to look around, so if it troubles you so much to find it, go look around other threads. If my laziness effects your opinion of me, this thread, and the credibility of both, I don't care.

One, Kaguya only confirmed to have Byakugan, no Tenseigan. Two, I'm pretty sure that the description of the Tenseigan is that it rivals the power of the Rinnegan. Anyways, that's not my concern or the point of this thread.

Like I said, the only reason I feel they should be the same is cause they are derived from the same original source. (That also bothers me, Original source was Kaguya and then she didn't even have Tenseigan, only Byakugan and then Tenseigan was created after her, whereas the Rinnegan progressed further lower and lower to Sharingan, not creating new steps and such)

I would love that either bolt or himawari is able to unlock the tenseigan by some weird crap regarding the bijuus chakra or something along those lines.

I guess that'd be cool. I just hope they can activate the Byakugan. I hope it's like the Sharingan where when it's not active, it looks like a regular eye, and then you activate and it changes to Byakugan. So with Bolt and Himawari, it would be normal looking eyes when inactive, and then Byakugan white eyes appear when active

Where did Hamura unlock it? How come Kaguya didn't have it?

If I had to guess, I'd say he unlocked on the moon after his & hagoromo's fight with Kaguya, since he was not shown using it in that fight, and it wouldn't make sense for him not to use it when he was fighting someone as powerful as Kaguya.

As for why Kaguya doesn't have it; Plot no jutsu. Kishi was rushing to end the manga, so there obviously would be no time to introduce and explain a new dojutsu. Not to mention it would be overkill for her, as she is already beyond strong.

Blame Kishi for the incessant Uchiha Wank he went on and on about in Part 2. You would think the Uchiha are the end all be all of clans the way Obito and Madara went on about them. Then you remember they got solo'ed in their sleep by 13 year old Itachi and 20 something Obito.

I agree with the bold, kishimoto even stated that he forgotten about the byakugan when he was designing the kids so maybe in the spin-off they will confirm that bolt and himawari have the byakugan, but with different traits, they have some kurama chakra inside of them, theory.

I hope they can turn it on/off whenever they feel like using it or not like the sharingan.

Wasn't he able to switch between EMS and Rennigan at that point in time? Pretty sure he was. Not to mention EMS & MS users can use their abilities without activating the eye [see Itachi] so there is no reason to attribute Susano'O to rennigan, because that was simply Madara doing the same thing Itachi did; using MS abilities without actually activating the eye. So it's not unreasonable to say Madara was using EMS abilities at that point w/o activating his EMS, and instead keepin his Rennigan actvated.
