Obito I want you to tell me about our clans sharingan. Of course in the RP sense. What are the stages of the sharingan and its correlation with genjutsu. Basically tell me everything you know n your own words with as much details as possible.

Itachi replies,'Basically, sharingan literally means 'copy wheel eye', it is a dojutsu kekkai genkai which appears in some members of Uchiha clan. Sharingan is basically called as 'heaven's eye' because it grants user many abilities, two most prominent out of them are, 'Eye of insight' and 'Eye of Hypnotism'.

'Eye of Insight' is an ability which grants user ability to see chakra flow, as sharingan itself gives color to the chakra. It also grants user an incredible clarity of perception, to recognize genjutsu, although it is inferior to Byakugan, in this ability.
It allows user to copy movements of his opponents or predict the next move of opponent from opponent's muscle tension and provides an effect way to dodge it, without wasting single movement.User of Sharingan can copy ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu, but can't copy kekkai genkai.

As I said earlier, sharingan wielder can break genjutsu and can tell whether he is under genjutsu. Sharingan also grants user 'hypnotic ability', using which user can hypnotize and control his opponent's movements.With higher degree of excellence in this ability one can even control tailed beasts and big summons like Manda.
As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else via genjutsu, or creating various illusions to deceive someone or torture the person. The potency of the Sharingan's illusion is dependent on the user's knowledge and skill with implementing genjutsu. Although the Sharingan consumes the user's chakra while active, the amount of chakra that the user must exert is so insignificant that they can keep it active constantly.
As with other genjutsu, genjutsu cast by the Sharingan are capable of putting an opponent to sleep, inducing paralysis, replaying memories to someone else via genjutsu, or creating various illusions to deceive someone or torture the person. There are actually two stages of sharingan, and they are sharingan and Mangekyo Sharingan(MS). Sharingan can be further divided into three types based upon number of tomeos given sharingan have. Sharingan at the max can have three tomeos and it's abilities differ, i.e. three tomeo sharingan has higher capabilities. The Sharingan's power, because of its ties to the Curse of Hatred, is both a blessing and a curse. The moment that an Uchiha comes to know a powerful emotion towards someone, such as love and friendship, a stressful or emotional condition brought out from losing that precious person causes the brain to release a special form of chakra that affects the optic nerves while transforming the eyes into Sharingan. The Sharingan needs to be activated by the user when they are faced with a difficult circumstance or placed under emotional stress.
On top of that Sharingan may evolve into it's next stage Mangekyo Sharingan, when user experiences trauma rom the death of a person very close to the Sharingan user. The Mangekyo Sharingan gives the user access to several powerful techniques, with each user awakening different abilities.Using the Mangekyo Sharingan puts strain on the user's eyes and erodes their vision, eventually causing blindness. This can be prevented by transplanting another pair of Mangekyo Sharingan from a close relative, such as a sibling. The newly acquired Mangekyo Sharingan looks like a merge of both eyes and is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

In our RP one needs at least 2 tomeo shaingan to copy the movements.
First to use the sharingan one needs to first activate his/her sharingan spending one move, and then he can copy the movements using the following move.Each and every move for which user keeps Sharingan active costs him 10 chakra cost per turn to keep it active. He/She has to post following technique->
(Doujutsu: Sharingan) Eye Technique: Copy Wheel Eye
Although, if the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
How Sharingan breaks genjutsu:
Sharingan is used to break genjutsu by casting genjutsu using sharingan, genjutsu can be nullified by using genjutsu so user can nullify the genjutsu casted by someone else by again casting the genjutsu using sharigan. Two sharingan users can free wach other by using genjutsu on each other..

As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow.
