[KG] Sharingan Awakening - 3 Tomoe Training Application Thread

So, due to the lack of available Sharingan teachers and the large amount of students, I've decided to open and set up apps solely for Awakenings, and further trainings. Obviously, you must have an approved Sharingan bio in order to qualify, but it should be noted that not all these trainings will be individualized; some may be group trainings while others are individual trainings, depending on the Sensei accepting you. At current moment, the only two Senseis who will take students from this thread are myself and Reborn. If you are looking to be trained by either of us, fill out the application at the end. It should be noted that we may or may not fully complete training, meaning taking one from 1T to 3T, solely at our discretion.
