He's actually right. The hardest part about the sharingan is training it to get it from 1 tomoe to 3 tomoe. That seems to be the hardest part. Also Kakashi and Obito actually skipped the 3 tomoe and went straight to MS. So I see what you are saying after ms it's cruise control.

just recall sasuke vs haku fight and u can tell the difference. similarly just recall naruto vs sasuke fight at valley of death and see how change in sharingan nature gave sasuke an unfair advantage. similary sasuke became so O.P suddenly after he got M.S and challenged the whole kages of the world in an instant. Sharingan is cheat code.

Easy as in no hard work via training. This is so obvious that during time Uchiha killed their own friends for the powerup. IT'S EASY!

sasuke train in part 1 to master taijutsu ,weaponary ,fire jutsu.Part 2 he train to use his base sharingan to use genjutsu and spend 3 year training with orichimaru.Sasuke also train in battle to use amaterasu,susano and genjutsu (tsukyomi) etc
Itachi did training while he was an akatsuki,he also train before he kill off the uchiha clan in the anbu SQUAD.Itachi train with shusi also
Madara train with his brother Izuna to most of his skill
