Sharingan and Kurama!?

We know for a fact that the Sharingan has the power to control Kurama!! But can it control the other bijuu!???
Also why is that the Sharingan has that power and not the Byakugan or Rinnegan!?

Of course it can control other Biju.Look at what happened to the Mizukage.And wouldn't you go for the strongest tailed beast?

If it can control the strongest bijuu then it stands to reason that it can control the others

Rennigan can control bijuus, take a look at Madara & Obito

Presumably, the Sharingan can control any Bijuu, except maybe the Jubi (as it is too powerful).
One of the Sharingan's specialties is genjutsu, hence why the Byakugan and the Rinnengan cannot control a Bijuu.

The Byakugan's primary functions are seeing.

The above listed abilites wouldn't be very beneficial in controlling a Bijuu.

Because it just cant that the way kishi has it but as far as other I believe so but why go for 1 tail when 9 tails is the strongest naruto took it down easy.
