The second scan speaks of penetrating through illusions and spells, not penetrative sight in general. You're comparing apples and oranges. One is clearly specific and the other is not. I'd venture to argue that Kakashi means the X-Ray vision of the Byakugan.

lol why doesn't it? You said it refers to penetrative in the sense of literally seeing through yet I proved that it is the metaphorical penetrative as in seeing through someone's lies. So we return back to square one where Kakashi says Byakugan > Sharingan in penetrative perception (insight) and Sharingan uses it's insight for knowing and discerning genjutsu

Sakura has the fastest genjutsu resistance/detection in the manga, because the doujutsu users are always caught in it .
She only fell for Sasuke because of her emotional state, and seconds after he was out of it

Well you do have a point I think considering all dojutsu grant some sort of ESP. That alone should counter genjustu since it works by manipulating the normal senses and could also explain why Hinata used her byakugan to check for a different chakra source when she thought she and the reconnaissance team were under genjutsu. Literal seeing through.

And yeah breaking it should be something else entirely but I think you're incorrect about the second kkg?
