Is chakra potency of user directly related to strength/power of Sharingan eyes (jutsus related to them) ?

apart from sasuke and madara being indra's reincarnations which makes their chakra special automatically,an uchiha can make their chakra more powerful and sinister by going to the dark side or transplanting hashirama's wood release dna and this gives their eye techs an edge,even oro's chakra was powerful due to him seeking revenge and transplanting hashi's dna

Quality of chakra is what determines the strength of your attacks. Quantity is the amount of chakra you have so it allows you to spam.

Although for certain attacks, it can be looked at this way: Quality allows you to use up less chakra while Quantity would use up more chakra to use the same attack at the same level.


To answer your question, yes. The strength of your chakra is what determines the strength of your Sharingan abilities. Afterall, those abilities use your chakra.

Not sure how people mixed up evil Chakra and strong Chakra. The Uchiha Clan have never once been described to have strong Chakra, only sinister Chakra.

I think it would be the other way arround: the power of the eyes (and stage in case of sharingan) would depend on the user's chakra mastery level. More training = more control = better chakra manipulation overall = better eyes. I think this was asked in another thread, but better eyes do not give someone more chakra reserves, Kakashi serving as an example.

Yes it does, reserves and stamina increase number of times they can use dojutsu but chakra potency determines how strong the jutsu are. For example MS Sasuke's genjutsu would fail against SM Hashirama but Six Path Sasuke would have no trouble binding him.
