sharingan and byakugan

okay lets assume the 3t sharingan didn't have genjutsu, izangi and izanami whats the difference between a 3t sharingan and the byakugan? the way i see it is the only difference is 360 vision cause it seems they both read movements.

please give me your thoughts

360 degree vision mean anything? They can practically focus in everything within view. They just cant perceve movement like the sharingan can.

Anyways, the byakugan is all about insight into the opponent/environment while the sharingan is all about perception and prediction of movement based on an objects/opponents trajectory.
