Sharingan and Byakugan can't be considered borrowed or outside source power

A Uchiha is born with the special chakra in brain to unlock the sharingan, as for Hyuuga and Ootsutsuki they are born with the Byakugan or unlock not sure. The Uchiha, Hyuuga and Ootsutsuki requires no modification, no sealing, no outside source power tu unlock their dojutsu.

The Uchiha gaining their Sharingan and the Hyuuga/Ootsutsuki having the Byakugan is as natural as Shikamaru and Shikaku having high IQ, I wonder if the Nara Clan all have high IQ.

EMS is considered a outside source power since it requires someone eyes.

Well obviously those that gains the Sharingan by their friend and those that steal Byakugan from a hyuuga that is considered outside source power automatically.

Danzo implanted Hashirama cell along with many Sharingan, he is the definition of outside source power.
