I don't think Ali's suggestion would cause that many complaints if it had these restrictions:
One can only keep the CJ permanently if he survives the battle.
The fight must be official.
One can only copy jutsu of his main element of specialty. (Since we can use all elements in our RP)
The copying of a jutsu doesn't count towards the jutsu's teaching limit.

I think these restrictions will render the copying of jutsu to be something quite rare, But I guess that goes against the purpose of the suggestion to begin with. lol

I'm the head of the customs department. I will never allow more than what we have right now. To make a custom is something that requires skill, hard work and its something very special for 99% of their creators. I don't like the idea that by having a bio you can permanently copy someone elses hard work. In a fight, its ok, its part of the RP as the bio, its cool and adds some dimension to the fight, yes. But in terms of the overal RP it becomes a mess and its an offense to some users that work hard for their cjs.

Yes as much as I rail against customs I dont think they should simply be copied forever by a jutsu
