The Sharingan along with the Byakugan and Rinnegan are the three great Dojutsu in the ninja world. The Sharingan is a kekkei genkai belonging to members of the Uchiha clan. By enhancing a person's visual prowess the Sharingan grants its users the ability to see chakra flow (not the network though), perceive motions quicker than a normal ninja, and cast powerful genjutsu with stronger effects than normal illusions. Chakra flow can only be seen by looking at a target with the Sharingan. This is different than chakra sensing where you can sense all chakra in your vicinity, though it's been proven you can see chakra around you. Also the Sharingan is able to distinguish different types of chakra from each other by looking at how they act. Such as lightning chakra being sharp and electric like, or water being very fluid.
The Sharingan develops in 3 main stages. The first phase is an initial activation where the Sharingan is awakened for the first time. This activation is triggered by strong emotions of which most noticeably is anger. Most people experience these feelings at some point during a battle. Upon initial activation of the Sharingan a user's eyes will turn red and 1 tomoe will form in each of their eyes. With the 1 tomoe Sharingan a user gains the ability to see chakra flow and perceive motions slightly quicker than before. By spotting irregular chakra flow the user also gains the ability to see whether they or someone else is in a genjutsu.
Further progression of the Sharingan leads to the 2 tomoe and 3 tomoe stages. At each stage the perception of speed becomes much quicker for a person. At the 2 tomoe stage a user will be able to decipher an opponent's hand signs allowing them to predict their moves. Also gained at the 2 tomoe stage is the ability to see through even higher rank visual genjutsu than the 1 tomoe stage. The abilities at the 2 tomoe stage only heighten at the 3 tomoe stage. At the 3 tomoe stage you can copy non-dojutsu abilities of an opponent. Finally the Sharigan can be progressed a step further to the Mangekyo and eventually Eternal Mangekyo stages where a whole new set of Sharingan jutsu are unlocked.

I don't need to have you all beaten up to activate your sharingan. I can just toy with your emotions until you break then your 1 tomoe would come up but for the purpose of our RP. I'll be beating you up. So I want this to be fair, so you attack me first.

With her sensei giving her the rundown, Koto nods her head and bows to pay her respects before starting the duel. Without further hesitation two quick hand seals were formed..

While molding her Doton chakra to open a huge portal a few meters above sensei. In that moment i mass amount of sticky liquid/mud would ooze out of the portal, directly aiming to fall onto the Priest. The mud carried quite the weight, being able to crush him to a high enough degree to cause damage while also having sticky properties to hold him in place.
(Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop
The moment Koto opens the portal and the mud starts to pour down, she'd perform a series of hand seals:
鼠Rat - 狗Dog - 虎Tiger
This along with molding her Katon chakra enables her to shoot a condensed ball of flames towards the ground a few meters in front of her sensei. The fire ball would hit the ground quickly, instantly turning into a storm of raging flames that travel across the ground at her sensei while the mud falls upon him. Once that had been set off, Koto took out a single sword and readied herself for a fight.

Priest don't like hurting a female but seems if she wants to get stronger, she has to go through this.
With a burst of speed, Priest would be upon the young uchiha, jabing at her throat making her choke. In her predicament, she is met with a massive force that paralyses her and make her predicament even worse. A massive intent to kill which makes her see Priest as the boogie man, a ferocious monster in her nightmares.
At this point, she would begin to puke and her body begin to shake vigorously as she gasp for breathe.
Priest then release 2 big snakes from his sleeves, wrapping them around the girl and lifting her up while make them constrict, squeezing the girl slowly.

Description: Killing Intent pertains to the ability of the user
giving off their pure killing intention and having it affect their
opponent and others around them up to the point of
paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly
strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own
gruesome death, nausea, pain, etc. This can cause the Killing
Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a
genjutsu at all; simply a showcase of intention and power.
The target will feel as if facing an overwhelming enemy and,
even if not a sensor, will suddenly feel the pressure of the
users chakra and its magnitude, making the effect that much
more dramatic. To effectively be used, the user needs to
focus on his target and concentrate on the killing intent
towards it, meaning that one must see the target and be
focused on it. The strength of the Killing Intent is dependent
on many factors and go through several levels. If a
difference in rank smaller than 2 ranks exist, the enemy will
feel only the pressure and the ominous presence of their
dark intentions. Its enough to lose your grasp on a weapon
or stay clinched to it (depending on the situation) or even to
hesitate in an attack, stumble or mess up a handseal, all
depending on the situation and proximity. The effect is small
and normally not that significant but can be effectively used
to pressure enemies into making a mistake. If a difference of
2 ranks or more exist, the enemy will be frozen, almost
unable to move as the overwhelming killing intent
dominates their own conscious and riddles them with
nightmarish versions of death. The paralyzation gradually
weakens as time passes and can only be maintained while
the user is focused on the target. The further away the
target, the weaker it is and it can only fully paralyze a target
within short range. Similarly, the more targets one focuses
on, the weaker the effect is in each one (divinding the effects
equally between the number of targets). Lastly, the stronger
the user is in relation to the target, the stronger the effect
will be. The target can counter Killing Intent directed at it
through pain, "mind cleansing" techniques or their own
Killing Intent.

Koto was met with a fist to her throat as her sensei appeared directly in front of her. The pain itself was excruciating, but being a shinobi she tried her hardest to overcome it. She was grasping for breathes, which came to no avail, but what was happening besides her loss of breath is what really made her panic. She'd see her sensei becoming a gruesome monster which she could only imagine in her worse nightmares. The monster was hellish and overwhelmed her body with a unique fear which she had never felt before. This coupled with the lack of breathe ended up forcing her to vomit in the matter of seconds, though she aimed to vomit towards the boogie monster. At least if she was going to go out like this, he'd be pissed.
Once she actually started catching her breath, recovering from the throat strike as fast as possible, she would notice snakes wrapping around her body. The snakes picked her up and squeezed tightly to the point that her bones began to pop and bring pain to her. Tears slowly ran down from her eyes, dripping onto the snakes. Priest continues, though commanding the snake not to kill the girl too quickly, he commanded them to squeeze once more. The left humerous would pop, fracturing several times but not exiting the flash. He as them to stop squeezing so that the girl assimilate the pain. He then begin with Mental Torture

It was true. His words hit deep into Koto's mind. She would lie on the ground, face buried in a puddle of her own tears that still poured from her eyes. Pain pulsed over her body due to the many broken bones she had suffered. Why was she so weak? Why couldn't she just stand on to him? He admitted she was going to die, yet she still couldn't bring herself to stand up and oppose this fate. As her thoughts went wilder and wilder, she instinctively started to lift her body. Moments later she found herself on her feet once again, body shaking from the pain piercing through her bones. With her eyes closed she took a deep, dry swallow, burning her throat. She'd then finally conjure up enough strength to look up to the man and speak a short sentence.
"You.... Will NOT kill me, I'm not that weak!"

With a fair dose of tenacity, the kid rise up once more. And even though she has not noticed it yet due to. The pain she is going through, her eyes are now different.
Seems she's a true blood afterall. She collapse once more due to her unable to keep her mobility for long.
