Fractured nose.. Kunai trough foot.. Loss of an arm.. At least two things I can heal..
*Noctis looks upon the unconscious patient and quickly starts his procedure. Before he actually starts he has to do something about the arm that keeps bleeding. He takes his sword and super heats it using fire chakra, killing all the bacteria and other bad stuff off it as that cannot live through excessive heat. He then cuts the arm off in one clean cut, cauterising the wound as he cuts the arm off because of the heat.*
Good thing the patient is unconscious..
*Now that he temporarily took care of the arm, he needs to clean his hands to start healing his body. He focuses his chakra and transforms it into more yang based chakra. As he has done this he starts to release it steadily through one hand. Not too much, as this would hurt himself, and not too little as this would have no effect. Having found the right amount, he uses it to clean his other hand and performs the whole ritual again for his other hand.*

He changes the chakra into a more yang based type and starts to release it steadily through his hands, once again not too little and not too much. As he found the right amount, he places his hands on each side of the wound one the patient's foot, running the chakra through the wound to clean it so that it can be healed safely.*

He starts focusing his chakra again and places his hands beside the wound again and runs the chakra through it. The chakra glows greenish as Noctis uses it to speed up the body's healing process. Beside healing the wound, Noctis makes sure he heals the muscles and the nerves as well so that the patient can use his foot again.*

Description:
This medical ninjutsu allows the user to speed up the body's natural healing process by focusing mainly Yang chakra onto their hands, forming an aura of greenish healing chakra which he then sends into a wound or afflicted body part. This allows the user to heal a patient without the need for medical equipment or surgery, making it very useful on the battlefield. It can be used to treat both external and internal injuries. It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control. Because of this, only a few highly skilled medical-nin are able to use this technique. The limitation of the technique is that it cannot regrow missing body parts or deal with poisons or toxins, though it can heal its damage. For each damage point the user of the technique wishes to heal he needs to spend twice as much chakra. Basically, for X amount of damage the user needs to spend 2X amount of chakra to repair/heal. The user can also use this technique on himself and it can be used with one hand or two and even in two targets at a time. The speed of the healing is fast but not instant, specially in internal injuries.
*Now that that is taken care of, Noctis moves to the nose of the patient, which seems to be broken in two places. He once again focuses his chakra and places his hands on both sides of the nose. He then releases the chakra into the patient's body. The chakra goes into the fractured nose and makes the osteocytes in the bones release calcium which he can use to heal the bones. He uses the technique carefully to make sure the nose is reset into the right position before it is healed.*
Chiyute no Jutsu (Bone Healer Technique)

Description: The user uses the Medical nature of his chakra to influence the osteocytes to start releasing their calcium, which then creates a welded suture between two ends of a broken bone. After that the osteocytes lock the calcium back into their structure and the bone is healed.
Note: This technique takes 2 turns to completely heal a bone, taking 25 chakra for one turn (making the bone half-way healed) and another 25 the other turn to heal it completely, meaning it actually takes 50 chakra.
*After the nose is healed, Noctis quickly leaves the room, searching for Vincent so he can regrow the patient's arm.*
