Yahiko places Itachi on the bed closest to the door, having being sick of carrying him all this way to the hospital. He then proceeds to cover his hands in aggressive chakra, waving them over his body to clean the blood and bacteria off his body. Yahiko then turns the chakra into a less aggressive state and waves his now sterile hands over Itachi's wounds, focusing on the gash on his chest and the whole in his shoulder.

Description: The medical shinobi fills his palms with small amounts of extremely aggressive chakra and runs them over the areas of his body he wants to clean of any microorganisms, harmful substances, etc. The chakra will eliminate any inert harmful substance or microorganism present on that area. Normally this technique is done on the hands and lower arms just before having contact with a patient but can be applied to the whole body in specific situations (before performing surgery, if the enemy is highly contagious, etc). After being done, the chakra automatically turns back to his regular, non-harmful and calm one.

Description: The medical shinobi fills his palms with moderate amounts of semi-aggressive chakra and runs them over any areas of the patient’s body he wants to clean of any microorganisms, controlling the chakra flow constantly so it doesn't becomes too lethal. The area affected is 4 times the area of the users hands. After being done, his chakra automatically turns back to his regular, non-harmful and calm one.

Yahiko then places his hands on Itachi's chest, away from the open wound, using his chakra to check for internal damage and anything else he might have caused in their training session.

Upon finishing his diagnosis, Yahiko writes on the patients chart what the Doctor will need to address. Yahiko then leaves the room to find a doctor.

Patient's Chart

Patient had tissue damage in his left shoulder from a dislocated joint, improperly snapped back into place during battle. Bruising is evident to his diaphragm from blunt force impact.
Severe stab wound through the soft tissue on the patient's right shoulder, which is also dislocated. The blade used to stab him has caused scratches to form on his shoulder joint and damaged the cartilage in the joint.
Finally, a severe gash across his chest, caused by a chakra wave. Wound is bleeding profusely and has appeared to damaged the soft tissue and organs inside his rib-cage, as well as damaging the ribs.

Noctis walks in and looks at the notes, but his eye suddenly gets caught by the dead body of Itachi Uchiha in the hospital bed. The organs inside the ribcage are too severly damaged.

"Resquiescat in Pace.." He says as he walks over and closes Itachi's eyes.
