Since I already brought the patient myself and inflicted the very wounds I know where and how bad the injuries are. Although trying to push the patient to the brink of death I was careful not to cut and stab any vitals but just to be sure I clean my hands from any bacteria to make sure I don't infect the patient. Afterwards I run my hands over the wounds as well and I clean them up for the very same reason. No matter how careful you are you can never be sure, so I run a diagnosis as a precaution. I will my chakra through the body to search for any internal injuries that I'm not aware of but I gain no new information. While I'm at it and with my hands and the wounds cleaned up I will my chakra again, but this time in order to speed up the blood coagulation and to stop the bleeding from the wounds. After that I grab the patient admission form and start writing down:

Left shoulder suffering physical trauma from a Rasengan blast. No bones are broken because it was a surface hit due to the patient managing to partially evade the blast, thus why there is not too much damage. Several small sword cuts and stabs across the torso and legs. The cuts weren't deep and were just enough to draw blood. The bleeding should stop on its own but as a safety measure blood coagulation was performed. Patient still needs complete healing of the wounds.

Meh... they have been getting soft over the years it seems...

After I clean myself I note that the patient is already cleansed. I use my chakra and start healing his simple wounds, applying 400 chakra, thus healing about 200 points, enough to negate all the injuries the patient had sustained.
