While House was cleaning Sasuke, he channeled within the patient to seek any abnormalities. Scanning his patient, he didn't find any hemorrhages, nothing severe that could end the patient's life here. His chakra fully scanned him and relayed back all the information.
House takes his medical scroll out and draws a 学 kanji underneath 包帯 (bandage, sterile, 8 meters in length) then begins wrapping the patient's bruised legs~

First, to help against the mental stress and the pain I will sedate you.
*Noctis bites his thumb and takes out a scroll. As he rolls out the scroll he writes a kanji character '学' with his blood underneath the 'モルタル' and 'スプーン'. Then he uses his chakra on the scroll and summons a mortar and pestle and a sterile spoon. He then puts a small amount of Valerian into the mortar and mixes it with some water, he then mashes it with the pestle so that the water and the Valerian is mixed. As the medicine is made, he puts it all on the spoon and feeds Sasuke the medicine.*

*As the Valerian starts to work, the mental stress of Sasuke will fade, as will the pain. Next up is healing the broken shoulder and fractured ribs. However, before Noctis can do this he first has to perform more diagnosis than nurse House has previously done. He starts cleaning his hands by releasing focused chakra through one hand, making sure it is more yang based chakra. Also the chakra has to be released steadily and the amount is really important since too much would hurt him and too little would have no effect whatsoever. Having done this so many times, Noctis can do this without taking too much time.*

*He then focuses some more chakra, performing the same ritual, not too much, not too little, yang based chakra. As he found the right balance he puts his hands on both sides of the ribs that are possibly fractured, sending his chakra through Sasuke's body to diagnose if the ribs are actually fractured and if they did not puncture his lung. As the chakra returns to him after having ran through Sasuke's body, it turns out the ribs are indeed fractured, but did not puncture a lung, thus the treatment is not that urgent. He once again focuses his chakra into his hands and places them on Sasuke's chest again, channelling his chakra through his body into his ribs to release calcium, healing the ribs after some time. Once he is done with the ribs, he moves his hands onto the shoulder of his patient, once again releasing his chakra to perform the previous jutsu again, this time healing the shoulder.*

Description: The user uses the Medical nature of his chakra to influence the osteocytes to start releasing their calcium, which then creates a welded suture between two ends of a broken bone. After that the osteocytes lock the calcium back into their structure and the bone is healed.
Note: This technique takes 2 turns to completely heal a bone, taking 25 chakra for one turn (making the bone half-way healed) and another 25 the other turn to heal it completely, meaning it actually takes 50 chakra.
*As he done this he stands up straight looks over Sasuke's body.*
There, your bones are healed. About the bruised legs I sadly cannot do anything, but the Valerian should make the pain less.. painful. To regain your chakra and to heal the bruises you need to stay in bed for three days (you cannot use your bio for three more days).
