We do not know if those paths are kekkei genkais... I really hope this idea turns out to be right just to belittle you guys.. It seems like most peaple om this forum are incapable of thinking themselves out of the nbox of ungrounded general beliefs that exist around here and shall wait and see if this, completely possible, idea of mine turns out to be the reason madara was capable of using those techniques or not... For now this will be my last reply on this thread and i would suggest you guys to check out my other theories whilest i wait for this to get confirmed/debunked.

Yes i do agree they can do most of these.

Advanced fire ninjutsu? everyone can do that, except for the eternal black flames.
Chakra Absorption ? Yeah, maybe, but probably not on the scale of the Rinnegan, it's just an infinite pool.
Resurrecting back from the dead to a human? Yeah, also possible, but yet again, not on the scale of a Rinnegan user.
Chakra cloaks or armors ? indeed, but yet again, not as strong as a final/perfect Susano'o.
perceiving the enviroment from multiple entities at once ? i agree with this one.
space time ninjutsu ? Yes i agree with this.

Basically i do think that a non doujutsu can use things just like a doujutsu user, only most of these things are still exceeded by a doujutsu user.

the last manga showed that summoning the gedo mazo is indeed just a summoning jutsu..
