*Kagura is sitting on a beach with a nice sunset in the background. She has a wide map in her lap and a feather in her right hand. A small bottle of ink is placed next to her. She is drawing something on the map while waiting for her sensei to arrive.*

Observing the girl, Madara tilted his head to the side. He was told she was an adapt user of the sharingan yet he couldn't tell. She looked to be more like the boy that replaced sasuke in Team 7...what was his name?...Sai...Hmph... for a clan that was nearly wiped out, there sure seemed to be a large influx of Uchiha around now, Madara thought. He had lost count himself of how many eyes he helped awaken...Sighing, Madara dropped down from the tree and landed, alarming the girl and causing her to spill ink.

*As Kagura is making the finishing touches on the map, suddenly she hears a thud behind her, surprising and making Kagura to spill the last drops of ink.*

Kagura: Ah... my ink! Aww... and I was almost done...

*Kagura stands up and turns back to face the newcomer, hopefully her promised sensei.*

Kagura: Are you... Uchiha Madara!? Uhh! I thought you are dead... but if you are here, that means you are my new sensei? Please allow me to finish this.

*As she is speaking, Kagura places the map onto the ground and focus earth chakra into it. Soon the ground starts to tremble and several earth statues emerge from it. All of them wears different clothes and armors, holds different weapons, has different size and facial expression and there are at least that much female as male one. However the surprising thing about them, is that they all have a nicely made Uchiha symbol on their back and different staged sharingan in their eyes.*

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

*Mikasa looks at Madara with burning passion and full of desire to start the training. Then she hears the first question and makes a displeased expression.*

Mikasa: Ehh... history lessons... ooooooook~~~~

*As she said the last word, Mikasa sits on the ground cross-legged right in front of a female statue and cross her arms in front of her chest too. She closes her eyes and start speaking...*

Mikasa: The Uchiha clan was one of the greatest shinobi clans in the Leaf Village. We were part of the founders and got the position of peace keepers, aka police. However those morons plotted a coup and failed. Almost everyone in the village got killed by Uchiha Itachi at a bloody night. Then he left the village and according to the rumors, only his brother survived...

*As she is speaking, Mikasa half-opens her left eye to check if Madara is listening or just joking around.*

Mikasa: Well some still survived who wasn't in the village, but that is the past. What more do we need to know about our clan is that we are usually fire release users and possess the sharingan. The sharingan is a dojutsu and part of the 3 known dojutsus on the world. It has several stages and unique powers that no one has.

*She closes her eye again and stop for a moment to think.*

Mikasa: Hmm... the sharingan has 3 known stages and each stage has different level of power. A fully awakened sharingan has 3 tomoe and can track any hand seals or movements, allows the user to see the opponent in slow motion, can see chakra color and flow, can cast genjutsu and recognise it, can copy every kind of nin, gen, tai or kenjutsu that doesn't require a hidden ability or bloodline limit. Other sharingans know some of these abilities, but with less efficiency and power.

*As Mikasa finished talking she half-opens her left eye again and looks at Madara.*

Mikasa: More questions?

*Mikasa looks away and opens both of her eyes, while clench her teeth and numbling quietly for herself.*

Mikasa: Ch... and I left it out on purpose...

*Then she continues on a loud voice.*

Mikasa: Ooook~~~ The first stage has 1 tomoe and allows the user to perceive motions, track speed that normally wouldn't be possible, follow most taijutsu moves, follow the movement of ninjutsu, see chakra and pierce through visual D-rank genjutsu.

The second stage has 2 tomoe and allows the user to percieve motions and copy them, anticipate and analyze faster movements and mimic minor ones, track higher speeds, read handseals and to some extent predict ninjutsu techniques, see chakra and pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.

The third stage has 3 tomoe and allows the user to perceive motions, copy the motions perceived, and predict motions, allows the user to see in slow motion, keep up with extremely high speeds, mimic basic taijutsu exactly, copy handseals, see chakra and pierce through visual B rank genjutsu and below. It can also hypnotize a weaker target.

As she spoke, Madara walked around her, listening to her reply intently. She was a member of his clan and he needed to know if she was listening during her various trainings. It appeared to be true so far. When she mentioned the 3T Sharingan, Madara smirked. Time to finish training.

Madara walked back to his original location and began speaking.

Very well, you seem to be knowledgeable on our clan's abilities..or at least the practical usage of them...that being said, let's test your skills.

As he spoke, Mikasa suddenly found herself being binded back snakes, attempting to crush her. As the crawled over her, Madara threw a kunai with an explosive tag towards her.

*As Mikasa spoke, Madara started to circle around her, making her feel like she is just a big, tasty steak and start to sweat. Then as she finished speaking, Madara walked back into his original position and started to talk. As he does that, Mikasa suddenly feels pressure on her body and look down. She realises, several snakes start to surround and bind her. However thanks to her looking down and has her sharingan activated, she sees her chakra being disturbed and realise it's just a genjutsu. Without hesitation, she releases an unfocused wave of lightning and break the genjutsu. Then she looks at Madara to ask what was this about, when she sees a kunai flying toward her. Thanks to her sharingan, she sees it moving slower than normal and has the time to observe and analise the situation. Mikasa sees it's not only a single kunai, but it has something attached to it which most probably is an exploding tag. To dodge it, she makes a single pillar of earth emerge under her feet and throw herself backward and toward her right. At the same time she throws a single kunai to intercept the flying kunai and make it explode before it could reach her.*

Mikasa: This man ain't joking...

*Then she just keep staring at Madara, while a little drop of sweat appears on her temple and start to stream down toward her cheek.*

I disappear from you and just at that moment string of vines come from the ground as if I had root release and starts to bind you. A bean pad appears in front of you while the vines lifts you into the air, the bean pad opens and reveals myself about to stab you with another kunai. *

*As Mikasa threw the kunai, in the corner of her eyes she sees Madara raising his arms. Mikasa quickly looks at him right as he performs the hand seal and observe it carefully, however since it was only one, she can't predict what kind of technique Madara is about to use. Instead of jumping to a wrong conclusion, Mikasa keeps observing Madara as he starts to run away and realise she doesn't see elemental chakra building up in his body. She notes it in herself it could be another trick as she lands and Madara disappears behind a tree. Then suddenly Mikasa starts to get raised by something and she looks down. She sees strings of vines starting to surround and bind her, however due to looking at her own body too, Mikasa realises she was right. It is just an another genjutsu. First she tries to break it with her sharingan by channeling more chakra into her eyes and overpower the genjutsu, but fail. She quickly changes plan and gather earth chakra in her body. Then as she has enough, she activates a jutsu that greatly increases her weight and make her fall to her left knee. This happens as a bean pad appears and Madara reveals himself with a kunai to stab her. Due to the sudden burst of chakra in her body, the genjutsu breaks and Mikasa finds herself kneeling on the ground with Madara nowhere to be found.*

*As the genjutsu broke, Mikasa deactivates her earth tech and stand up just as Madara steps out from behind a tree and start walking toward her. After the previous actions, she is now on full guard and totally focusing on Madara while relaxing her muscles. Every little movement of his is now in her sight and she is prepared to move anytime needed. She doesn't overlook the activation of Madara's sharingan either and since she more or less guessed it will be revealed, she quickly gets out of the sudden shock. Then as Madara is getting closer and closer to her with great speed, Mikasa uses her sharingan to keep up with it and predict what kind of movement Madara will make. As he starts the kick, Mikasa sees him raising his right leg and judging by the little movements of his trausers, muscles and upper body she almost perfectly predicts where it will hit. With a quick movement, Mikasa takes a small step diagonally toward her left and toward Madara while leaning to her left. With this little movement she gets her face out of the kick's way, however to be sure it won't hit nor can be redirected, Mikasa also raises her right arm at the same time of the step. She makes a simple movement that starts from her side, goes alongside and hits Madara's right leg from under and from the side (where she leaned and face is). She pushes Madara's leg up and toward his left side, away from her to a safer distance. With this she prevents Madara from using his second attack. Then to gain space, Mikasa steps backward with her right and keep watching Madara.*

As Mikasa raises her arm in an attempt to possibly block the incoming attack, Madara smirks and swiftly feints the kick and swings his left leg swiftly towards her mid section, as she goes to perform a leg sweep. After kicking her, Madara uses his positioning of both legs being momentarily suspended in air to his advantage, leaning backwards and swinging his right leg up like a sling, striking her in the chin and causing her to raise upwards. As the kick lands, Madara falls back and his hands and upper back and performs a kip-up, and goes into drunken fist stance as Mikasa stumbles and falls away.

*As Mikasa performs her side step and raise her arm, she sees Madara suddenly stopping his kick and instead start a new attack with his left leg. Because of her sharingan, she knows her positioning and movements don't let her avoid the kick, so instead she decides to block it. She uses her already started movement and alter it a bit. When Madara attempts his kick with his left, Mikasa swings her left arm and twist her body to her right at the same time. With that she makes her body a smaller target for Madara to kick, while also helps her to continue her move. When Madara is about to land his kick, Mikasa grabs his leg and hold it tight. Due to Madara now being in the air, Mikasa can use her momentum from the twist and swing him in an arc. She tries to throw him away after a half turn she makes, but for that she has to make sure she can finish the movement. To do that, right as Mikasa grabbed Madara's leg and started the swing, she lowers her right arm and keep it close to her center, allowing her to block attack from Madara's right. She keeps a close eye on his entire body to counter anytime needed. As she made a half turn, she releases Madara's leg and let him fly a few meters before landing. Then she gets a position where she stands in a slightly diagonal way, showing her left side more, while keeping her left arm in front of her around stomach level and her right arm at shoulder level.*

Hmm. Good question. I believe the genjutsu is rebounded on them with no action needed by the user somehow. Recall when Itachi was placed under the gen by Kurenai and he reversed it? He was standing completely still and still managed to reverse the effects.

And no, you don't have to perform them xD

Description: The user will use their Sharingan to cast an illusion upon the opponent by looking them into their eyes; this illusion makes the enemy fall asleep but makes them think they are still watching the opponent without realizing they have fallen asleep.
Note: Requires direct eye contact with tomoe 3 Sharingan.

You need eye contact with this, but once you do, put them to sleep but without realizing that they are being put to sleep. They are thinking that they still are watching you. Pretty self explanatory tbh
