Shadou waits patiently for his sensei to better his vision
Well the first stage of the sharingan grants us the ability to track speeds higher than the normal human eye can perceive. It also allows us Uchiha to see past low level genjutsu and see the chakra flow of others. When we Uchiha's receive a second tomoe, our already good tracking speeds increase even more as well as our clarity of perception. We can predict ninjutsu and taijutsu movements as well as copy some of the taijutsu techniques we witness. The level of genjutsu in which we can break through increases, and we can track hand seal usage. The third stage, grants us the ability to track even higher speeds then the previous stages, up to third gate speeds. Our chakra perception increases, giving us the ability to determine the chakra nature of the basic five elements. All of the abilities from the previous stage are increased and if skilled enough, we can learn how to and cast genjutsu through the use of our sharingan in its third stage.
Each gained stage of the sharingan grants the user an added tomoe in his eyes. These are pretty much the basics of each of the main stages of the sharingan but there is an another level of the sharingan that few are succesful in gaining, known as the mangekyo sharingan. This rare stage of the sharingan grants the user tracking speeds of up to the fifth gate. The clarity of perception increases even more then the previous stage. Every ability granted from the 3rd stage of the sharingan is increased as well as breaking through top ranked genjutsus. A special bonus for those who obtain this rare stage of the sharingan are granted the ability of new ninjutsu and genjutsu abilities according to the user.
Within a blink of the eye, Shadou’s new sensei that would be aiding him in activating his 2 tomoe sharingan had vanished into the gloomy looking forest. Shadou lowered the hood attached to his red cloak, revealing his cold, black eyes and long black hair. Before starting his journey thru the forest, Shadou turns his head and starts to observe the area. This was his first time being in this unfamiliar area and he surely didn’t know his way around this large forest. The color of Shadou’s eyes suddenly turned into a bloody red as he sharingan became activated.

This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

I hate games but oh well, if this is how to go about strengthening my sharingan then it can’t be helped.
With his sharingan now active, Shadou begins his journey thru the forest while walking at a very slow pace, observing every bush and tree in sight. After only a few minutes of walking, Shadou begins whistling a tune of his favorite song. He was an impatient man and wandering around a forest wasn’t his idea of fun. Shadou becomes suddenly startled as a squirrel runs across the ground in front of him. Becoming alert to the sudden sprint across the ground from the squirrel, Shadou reaches down into his pocket, grabs a hold of a shuriken, and throws it directly at the vermin, killing the creature instantly.
Dumb animal, don’t scare me like that.
A smirk came over Shadou’s face as he began to slowly approach the dead animal. He bends down to grab a hold onto his now bloody shuriken out of the animal when something catches his eye, a pair of footprints hidden under the grass of the forest. The footprints lead North West so Shadou wasted no time in heading that way, making sure to pay attention to everything in his surroundings. He looked at every tree he passed, every bush, and looked down at the ground incase his sensei decided to be tricky and hide on the surface of the ground. Locating the source of his sensei’s chakra would prove to be difficult in the forest, so Shadou had to make sure to stay focused at all times, no matter how bored he was.
After a few more moments of walking, Shadou picks up something in the near distance, a flow of chakra had entered his visual perception. Shadou picks up his pace and starts to power walk to the source of chakra he was picking up which was high up on another tree, waiting stationary on a branch. A flock of birds, rested in their nest, high above in a tall tree, flew off as Shadou walks by. As he nears the chakra flow picked up by his sharingan, Shadou points at what he had been tracking. The chakra flow belonged to….

She somewhat praised Shadou in being able to find her on his first try, which according to her, hasn’t been done in a long time. “Who had she trained, rookies?” Shadou wondered to himself as his sensei praises him. That exact moment that Shadou was in the process of thinking to himself, his eyes locked onto his sensei’s hands.
Oh, dammit.
His eyes had picked up on slight movement of his sensei’s hands. At first Shadou didn’t know what was going on, was this another test or was she actually trying to kill Shadou? Maybe finding her so easily had angered the sensei. Whatever the case may be, business was about to pick up and if Shadou didn’t react, he would surely be killed. But this was just his type of game, the hide-and-seek bored him to death whereas a game where his life would be on the line was more thrilling. As Shadou locks onto the hands of his sensei, he starts to see things more clearly through his sharingan. His sensei weaved together two hand seals, but while looking at his sensei with his sharingan, the stringing together of the hand seals seemed somewhat slower then what they would usually be. Had something awoken in Shadou? While his sensei weaves together the hand seals, Shadou makes note of the ones being performed in attempt to predict what would come next.

He performs the tiger hand seal while envisioning the nature of water and allowing it to become one with his chakra. The then gathered suiton chakra is kept focused in Shadou’s mouth. Shadou opens his mouth and then exhales while spitting out a large sphere of rotating water that would come into contact with the fireball that had been released by his sensei.

Through the smoke that gets created from the two techniques, Emma pierce through it soon as she noticed that it would do so. As the techniques collide and smoke appears, just that quickly Emma appears in front of the young uchiha without any warning. Feet first to the face.

Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.
The two techniques collide, creating smoke in the aftermath. Shadou planted his feet firmly into the ground, expecting the unexpected from his sensei. There wasn’t a sound of handclapping or her praising Shadou, so something had to be up. What could she have been up to now? Not losing focus, Shadou keeps his eyes locked onto the smoke that now surrounded the area. Seeming that the smoke wasn’t connected to his sensei’s chakra and hadn’t got into Shadou’s eyes of yet, his vision wasn’t completely affected. Through the smoke, Shadou could briefly pick up the unique chakra flow of his sensei as she appeared to be a black figure while in the midst of the smoke.
Not so fast…
Taking precaution , Shadou steps back with his right foot and keeps his left foot in the lead while he studies the movement pattern of his sensei as she goes into position of a technique. Her movements seemed slower but Shadou knew they weren’t, this was just one of the benefits of the sharingan. As she finally comes out of the smoke, Shadou’s eyes widen, realizing that now was the time to defend. As her lead foot slowly approaches Shadou's face, Shadou tilted his upper body backwards while raising both of his arms in-front of his face, forming an x. The attempted taijutsu technique performed by his sensei would surely be prevented by Shadou’s last minute attempt at a block.

While I am clearing the smoke behind me with full intentions of strike with dynamic entry. I notice through my 3T sharingan that you are concentrating on my movements. Specially now, you must be getting used to the sharingan and able to react at such a close range. The moment that you cross your arms to block and actually successfully block my attack I lay a genjutsu on you. With the added effect of you going backwards from the momentum of my kick, you would hardly notice the genjutsu that is taking place. This time, as before I make two hand seals. The same ones as before and pretends to raise my hand and drop it down towards you. Then you see a fireball coming at you, crashing down to your death.

A sigh of relief is heard from Shadou as he realized that he evaded possibly having a shoe print on his face and a broken nose. Apparently his sensei wasn’t holding back at all, but Shadou wasn’t intimidated by the clearly superior shinobi. He was actually having fun in what some might consider dangerous training methods.
Before Shadou had the chance to prepare for anymore possible offensive attacks from his sensei, he noticed his sensei weaving together the same exact hand seals from before but this time adding a little downwards waving motion. “Could she have been performing the same technique again?” Shadou wondered to himself. Shadou then noticed what seemed to be a fireball descending down from the sky. Not panicking, Shadou shifts his eyes up towards the fireball. After a second or so, Shadou’s sharingans abilities begin to kick in, piercing through the low-level illusion as Shadou notices the irregular chakra flow that was occurring, allowing him to successfully come to the conclusion that he had been placed under a genjutsu.

His sensei had just finished dashing towards Shadou and gone into the process of performing a melee attack. Within seconds after escaping the illusion, Shadou’s locks his eyes onto his sensei, watching her through his sharingan. He reacts to her body movements and is barely able to block by tilting his head towards the right and throwing out his right arm to take the kick.
As Shadou successfully blocks the incoming taijutsu attack from his sensei, he is knocked back a few inches due to the force of the kick. I simply tap you, then I push you away. I use a quick jutsu that you would barely notice and force you to look into my eyes.

Description: A momentary genjutsu where the user would place a genjutsu on the opponent by saying the words “look and eyes” within a sentence or a phrase. The chakra that is placed within the opponent will regulate the flow of the opponents chakra within their brain to break their concentration. Thus leaving them open to looking into the eyes of the user as they hear those words.
Note: The opponent has to be looking at a body part of the user other than the eyes.
Note: A momentary genjutsu, the opponent will only look into the users eyes briefly before being able to turn away to look somewhere else.

Post the technique for sharingan.
Also you have increased preception, precieve movement, break C rank and below visual genjutsu, increase tracking speed.
You can not use any sharingan techniques or genjutsu until you learn them during the 3T training session.
While in the midst of attempting to defend himself, Shadou feels a sudden tap on his shoulders from his sensei. As soon as she taps Shadou, she also pushes him away, causing Shadou to step back a few more inches. The level of concentration that Shadou maintained was then forcefully broken, temporarily. Shadou’s pupils were then somehow redirected towards his sensei’s eyes, where a brief stare down would take place against Shadou’s will.
What is this…another genjutsu?
Deep breaths are then released from Shadou’s lungs and out of his mouth as he tries to catch his breath. This intense training with many near death incidents had pushed not only Shadou to his limit but also his sharingan. At that very moment, a second tomoe is added to each of Shadou’s eyes through his sharingan. It had seemed that he had successfully obtained the second stage of the sharingan. As the genjutsu wears off, Shadou bows his head to show respect and thanks to his female sensei. She had pushed Shadou to his limits, but it was well worth it in the end.
