Is he implying Uzumaki is able to share chakra?

Bee is a perfect Jinchuuriki before Naruto was born, and he hasn't shown an ability to share chakra.

Uzumaki you could say is a "leash" for Bijuu's since they are shown to be 100% compatible jinchuuriki.

well considering the fact that ninetails has been passed done to great uzamaki's. i wouldnt be surprise. after all when you use the ninetails chakra, he draws your own as well. So of course naruto having similiarchakra to kushina and mito.....see where i'm going?
