Sharigan's ability

I'm not sure but I thought I remembered the manga stating each Sharigan (left eye, right eye) has it's own special ability when MS is reached. Sasuke's left eye uses amaterasu, the right is ? But my question is with the fact that Obito and Shisui, where upon unlocking their respectful MS's, only unlocked one ability for both eyes. Yet their ability far passed that of Sasuke, Itachi or Madara... Kamui and Kotoamatsukami far surpass amaterasu, tsukuyomi or any other ability. Why would Sharigan abilities differ so greatly? Byakugan seems to all share same traits throughout and been around just as long. Does this mean Indra could do all plus some ? It just bugs me to see Sasuke's, Itachi's and Madara's same general abilities over and over yet have not seen the extinct to what the two actually special Sharigans could do at full power

Sasuke's right eye contains Kagutsuchi which is the ability to control the black flames of Amaterasu.

I don't know what the reason for the differences is but my guess would be because they were activated through different circumstances. Obito's was awakened because he lost faith in the Shinobi World. Itachi awakened his because he had to choose between truths and ideals and chose truth (killing the Uchiha clan and saving Konoha) whereas Sasuke chose ideals (wishing to destroy Konoha) over the same topic which is why their techniques are not the same but similar. Madara activated his after witnessing the deaths of many of his kinsman. We don't know about Shisui.

yeah itachi and sasuke are similar because they are brother sussano is a general ms technique which is why they madara can use it

Obito's MS is super OP because its been split up this whole time. That and solving his identity relied partially on the discovery of the similarities. Shusui's MS was super OP because it could only be used once every 10 years. We know for sure that every MS user thus far has had Susanoo (exception Obito cause he never had 2) so only their first 2, or in some cases 1, ability is unique.

Technique power level is subjective. I honestly don't know. It was originally stated you needed Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to unlock susano'o, then Sasuke stated you needed two MS while still stating it was the third power. Madara has also not used any of these abilities, nor has Obito or Danzou. The best I can think of is that Madara does have these techniques but that he just didn't use them directly. In Obito and Danzou's case, they did not have both eyes thus they could not use all the abilities. Another option is that not all MS users can unlock those abilities or two other abilities, but instead just one. A third option is that Kishimoto may have retconned the MS. It's confusing I know and it's one of the biggest things I wish Kishimoto would clarify in some way.

The same can be said about the base sharingan that just uses genjutsu and copy jutsu. The Byakugan unlike the sharingan manifests in the hyuuga from birth and all clan members appear to have it. Furthermore, thus far, it doesn't appear to have multiple levels like the sharingan.

Not enough is known about Indra to answer that. All that is known is he possessed MS and a susano'o. Since Madara and Sasuke are his reincarnations, he may have possessed their abilities. I suppose it's possible he may have had all the MS techniques we've seen so far although that would be far-fetched in my opinion and make him a bit overpowered. Hell, he may have even had Rinnegan since he was the first Uchiha and he and the Uchiha were the ones who figured out that you needed Senju DNA to unlock it and wrote it down on the tablet.
