ok we all know uchiha's when they apply chakra to their eyes the sharigans activate. but let's say they pull out that eye they were born with and add a regular eye(let's say they put in a blue eye) if they apply chakra to that blue eye is it possible to activate the sharigan still?

They don't choose e to activate their eyes... It's not even certain if their eyes will activate even if they use chakra and jutsu

didn't Kakashi explain that to naruto about them needing to send chakra to the eyes Nervs to activate it?if I'm mistaken I'm sorry. plus the byakougan is the same and you can tell chakra is needed to activate it.

It would work because tobirama stated that it is special chakra in their brains that activate the sharingan not their original eyes. As long as the eyes are transplanted before they activate the sharingan they should be able to activate it in the transplanted eye. The problem is that an uchiha can only unlock the sharingan once

so let's say sasuke lost his eyes and naruto heals his eyes and their normal and he sees everyone die and he experiences the same despair as when he first got them he won't ever get them again?

If Naruto "healed" his eye he would instantly be able to awaken Sharingan as normal.
