I have a fear of Spiders, the reason being I watched the movie Arachnophobia when I was a kid and that scarred me ever since. :|

None really. Im a little bit scared of heights though. Nothing serious. I think everyone has it.

I have a fear of heights.
I have a fear of swimming in the ocean.
I'm slightly claustrophobic.
I'm scared to death for needles, last time I had to withdraw blood the needle stayed in me for 6 minutes because I was so scared my blood wasn't flowing properly.
I'm also terrified of dieing a horrible death, like being amputated or stabbed multiple times, I just want a death that involves no blood spilling.
