Ehh, according to Google, there are some really long chemical compound names, but I suppose those are long in any language (or most of them).
The longest non-chemical one is, according to the Guinness Record book, "превысокомногорассмотритeльствующий" (not transcribing this, sorry). But it's not used.

Technically it's a single word. This one was actually used in literature. And I don't get what do you mean by using Sasnkrit and so in the same sentence that way.
