We can't just shank's power atm and it would be very hard to predict an outcome, seeing as their probably relatively close in power.

But taking it in the relative way...
BB was fighting head on with Sengoku... But refused to fight Shanks saying he was not yet ready to fight them... meaning shanks had an edge over him however small may it be.

Sengoku's power wasnt shown for very long and shanks hasnt been in a full fledged battle ever so its immpossible to say.....but still i vote for shanks cuz even sengoku accepted shanks conditions to end the war without any problems so that means shanks has quite a good rep.

It's said that Mihawk the number one swordsman used to hunt Shanks down just for a duel. He is one of the Four Emperors highly respected by Whitebeard and his Haki level seems quite exceptional that alone too me makes me think he's more then enough for Sengoku imo. Not implying Sengoku is useless though

It would be hard for Shanks to block Sengoku's huge attacks just with his sword, but since I doubt Sengoku has the Tyranne Haki, Shanks is in advantage.
