There is no such a thing as PK level here and any Yonko can potentially pull a PK.Lmao,are people even serious when saying that prime Ray is stronger than Shanks coz he is the first mate of someone of Roger's caliber?WB was considered as an equal to Roger yet this dudes first mate is super weaker than an Admiral when his boss was at his peak.

super weaker? you might want to go back and read, marco was going toe to toe with kizaru, when WB had that heart attack, marco got distracted and STILL kept going, they needed sea stone cuffs to hold marco down.
