Tsunade isn't in that tier u moved her too....she can't beat anyone in it. She can't even beat anyone in the tier I put her in. If anything she'd be lower.

Mei, possibly, however she isn't beating anyone in that tier either,

Sakura and Temari I believe were in their right tiers. Sakura can't beat barely anyone in the tier u moved her in and Temari isn't well rounded enough to be in there. IMO

I changed Mei because I'm convinced, She has 2 KG and powerful Suiton. You're right about her.

I don't believe Sakura is beating Chiyo. Chiyo's 10 puppets will overpower her. I may actually make a thread on this.

We havent seen all of Hanzo's abilities so we don't know. Hanzo is probably beating her tho.

How does Temari stop Darui's Storm Release? Wind>Lightning, however, Storm Release is Lightning+Water

We must rember that Sakura knows Chios skills, while Chio would be unaware of Sakuras recent feats. Hypothetically, if I was Sakura, I would just hide in Katsuyu and use it to beat granny and her puppets.

Most the people in the low can beat the people in your low-mid kage.


It is either your kage or not. A kage rules a country and half the people in these low -mid or low kage would get killed in a heart beat going against a real kage.

Many of them are not strong enough to be respect as a kage.

Yea they can be advisers but this list is all messed up.

temari has the speed advantage, while dauri needs to make seals for his justus. Temari can easily swing a fan at you and release razor sharp blades of wind at you.

Nice tier list, but Zabuza is high jounin and not low Kage mainly because he was introduced in part1. Part2 Zabuza with the current power levels would be low-mid Kage IMO.

He will know it is pretty much powerful because most ninjas know who other kages are. She would probable not know who he is because he is just a regular ninja. He would take her serious while on the other hand she might not take him serious.

That would be her down fall. Don't say ninjas do not know who are the five main kages.

Because once he goes gates she is basically over. She spits most of her attacks out of her mouth.
