Shane is a male in his early-thirties with a semi-muscular build and broad shoulders
Shane had short, black hair and onyx-coloured eyes, with visible creases below them due to his lack of sleep. He wore a simple collared shirt with grey pants which had the clan's symbol on the back when not on duty. While on duty, he wore the standard flak jacket, which was usually zipped down slightly and no shirt underneath with the Konoha Military Police Force symbol on the shoulders, shin-guards.

Personality
Shane had very strong leadership abilities, combat proficiency, skill with ninja-tools and protective instincts, Shane is largely morally unstable and believes himself to have the most pragmatic view of the ninja world, and most qualified to lead the Konoha Military Police Force. Later on Shane becomes more evil, having shed his concepts of guilt, shame and moral correctness in favor of the concept of survival for himself and those he cares about by any means, even murdering his allies, going against the beliefs of the group, and betraying his former best-friend.

History
Shane was Rick Grimes's best friend since Ninja Academy. When Rick didnt come back from his mission to find Orochimaru,Shane started to become like a father-figure to Rick's son,Carl. One day Shane and his team were sent on a mission of great importance to Konoha. When his and his team-mates' lives were endangered, Shane chose to abandon them in order to save himself. This mission had a significant impact on Shane's personality as he became more dark and distant even to Carl and his Mom.He eventually fled to Kirigakure after he survived the Uchiha massacre due to fear of being killed.
