Euron may prove to be enough atm, we havn't actually seen the full might of the lannister army yet though.

She has the Lannister army, Kingsguard army and Euron's army. I guess that'll be more than enough to make people fear her.

@edit: not really sure if Kingsguard has an actual army besides the 7 knights.

The kingsguard well I suppose it's queensquard now, consist of about 10 men.
