Basic Information ⦿ Name: Shallot ⦿ Nickname: Ancient Blood ⦿ Gender: Male ⦿ Age: 25 ⦿ Clan: Hyuga Appearance Shallot is a tall muscular man with a very strong definition and a moderate body build. He has a fairly tan skin complexion and black eyes. His hair is black with a lot of volume. While spiky, it does not stand up rigid, but rather looks smooth and flows backward. The spikes of hair seem to lean against one another, with the higher stacks subsequently being pointed at a higher slant, the central spikes to stand practically horizontal, and the hair closest to his neckline to begin slant slightly down. He has a single prominent front bang that strays to the right. Despite his thick hair size, it does not go below his neck, making it seem as though his hair is of moderate length. His eyebrows are straight and thick at the ends, becoming narrower towards the center of his face. Shallot's face structure is very defined, having a square jawline and sharp nose. Shallot wears a fitted plain black sleeveless shirt that covers his shoulders. He has matching shorts that are also fitted, reaching down his thighs. Over these, he wears his blue gladiatorial-esque, leather-like armor. The armor's top piece has wide shoulder straps and a wide neckline. It covers his chest, with inlays to distinguish the sections they cover, including his pectorals, and his shoulder blades. Unlike the rear portion of the piece that covers his whole back up to his midsection, the front portion of Shallot's chest piece round-ups, leaving his solar plexus uncovered by the armor, but still unseen thanks to his shirt. He wears a wide matching blue belt over his navel, with a large circular buckle at the center. A single silver stud is silver is clipped on each side of the belt. 3 large matching flaps of fabric flow down from the belt, one directly from the front center, and one on each of his sides. Place over them are matching blue forearm guards that also have extended elbow guards. She also wears knee-high red boots with gold knee guards and accents. Below, he wears black greaves that rise up to knees. Over them, he wears blue knee-high boots with grey soles. The front of his shoes are silver, and he has a large silver circular stud on the outside of his boots where his ankles are. | Personality Shallot has a very noble and heroic personality. He is a selfless, protective, brotherly, kindhearted, and overall a most serious person who deeply values the safety of humanity and his friends. Because of this, he is seen by most others as a dependable person they can always trust. He sees friends as a valuable gift; he believes that while one can be extremely capable on their own, there is no need to ever actually be alone. As such, he tries to convince others who reject friendship and teamwork that it is something to be embraced. This makes Shallot extremely capable in team scenarios. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX  Shallot is also usually depicted as being serious, calm and clear-minded; even in the worst situations. Due to this, he rarely acts on impulse and usually thinks things through before he acts, always trying to stay one step ahead of his opponent. This is made obvious during his battles, as he regularly visualizes fight strategies in his mind in order to devise his strategies. This is generally depicted as Shallot in the center of a concentric circle and while viewing his opponent(s) in the encompassing zones. He is also very selfless and is hesitant to put the safety of his friends, or anyone else at risk.A common tendency of his is to keep a serious and somewhat stoic expression, though he does give short smiles frequently. In moments of laughter or disappointment, he still keeps a relatively stoic expression, never overly expressing his emotions. On very few occasions, he can lose his composure and act out of anger. Overall, this face makes it so Shallot appears uninterested to strangers, but he is actually a very easy-going, endearing, and caring man. He hides this side of him to everyone other than his friends though and innocent bystanders. This sort of first impression gives him time to determine the value of each new person he interacts with and deciding if he can open up to them. However, his time as a shinobi has led him to understand that he must make hard decisions. He is also an incredibly respectful individual. While he may show disdain for others, he maintains a strong sense of honor and pride. While this is the usual case, it is not uncommon for him to throw away both his honor and pride when necessary. As a result of his losses, he has a general distrust of the loyalty of the relationship between a lord and a vassal. This is the reason why he doesn't serve any lord. He finds that a relationship between an individual of a higher caliber and one of a lower often leads to disdain. While he himself is respectful with those of lesser, equal, or greater skill than him and tries to maintain a healthy relationship between both sides, he finds it hard to believe that others may do the same. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX | Close Quarters Combat As a Hyūga, Shallot naturally had an incredible attraction to Taijutsu. His reaction time allows him to keep up with even the fastest of ninjas, naturally being able to track up to 1.5x faster than ninja of his caliber. Additionally, his base speed is increased by 4 additional levels, much more than his peers at the same rank. Should he develop other skills such to boost his speed performance like Leg Weights and/or Sage Mode, his speed would be beyond incredible. All this adds to inherit warrior behavior for Taijutsu. Unlike the graceful nature of the Hyūga though, Shallot was an avid user of the Strong Fist style. This did not mean that Shallot dislike Gentle Fist, on the contrary, he loved it. His attraction to both led him to use either form of combat in his battles. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Born Warrior Shallot's vitality is extremely high, he was practically bred to sustain his youth and vitality to continue fighting for longer. His vitality offers him a 1000 Chakra increase to his natural reserves. Also, his physical durability increases significantly, allowing him to reduce up C-Rank damage (30 DMG) from physically damaging techniques like any Nin, Tai, and Kenjutsu. Finally, he is immune to recoil damage from techniques that cause it like Forbidden, though he still succumbs to the jutsu's other subscribed effects. Summonings (Monkey) At a practically primal level, Shallot has a bond with monkeys. He has since attempted to sign onto these animals and learn of their ways. He understands their potential and finds their fighting approach very in line with how he fights. As such, he seeks out to learn the way of the Monkey. No doubt Shallot will push himself to be a great utilizer of the contract, in both a powerful and intuitive way that will sure to impress many. Chakra Control As a Hyuga, Shallot naturally has incredible chakra control. A testament to this statement is that Shallot is able to release chakra from all of his chakra points. This enables him precise bodily control that he uses alongside his close-quarter combat. This was taken a step further by his specialization in Yang Release, allowing him to spend 10 less chakra than normal while maintaining its useability. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX | Background Information  HistoryMuch of Shallot's background and history are lost to him. One day, Shallot suddenly woke up in a remote lush rolling green field. He was completely unaware of how he ended up in that location as well as having no real idea of who he was. His only lasting memory that he retained was a faint one where someone was calling for his name, almost desperately. After some time trying to cope, going through frustration, anger, confusion, and just all around grief, he tried to blow off some steam by walking through the fields. As he traversed the land, a wandering Shinobi was nearby Shallot. Unsure of what to do, Shallot asked the man for any information that could be useful to him. He asked if there were any nearby residential areas that could explain where he's from. Unfortunately, it was revealed to Shallot that he was in a practically remote area, far from any residential area. The response was practically heart-shattering to Shallot, as it just left him with more questions than answers, yelling out about how he can't remember anything. Seeing this struggle, the stranger attempted to offer some means of help but received a reflexive lash out from Shallot. Luckily, the man was able to defend, but he quickly deduces that Shallot moved in a way far more extraordinary than average. To test this, he quickly threw a rock at Shallot, only for Shallot to expertly catch it. Shallot himself was surprised at this, and the man surmised that Shallot was a shinobi. With this realization, the man suspected that he was most likely on a mission that must have gone off the rails for his memories to be lost. Shallot followed with this, but then questioned the man's motive now. Naturally intuitive, Shallot became cautious of the stranger, knowing it to be dangerous to trust him, as he could very well be the enemy or in some way try to use him. However, it became very evident the man had no affiliations with any groups nor shared any experience with Shallot. The two enjoyed the short time together before the stranger told Shallot of an arena that offers a battle like a tournament, more like a King of the Hill style fighting. As a fighter and Shinobi, it may be a good place for Shallot to go, especially since there wasn't much else around. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX During his travels to Witchwood Arena, Shallot comes across several members of the rogue Shinobi groups, who are certain that Shallot has destroyed a city and wiped out their men. At the same time, Shallot comes across a man who looks like him in a red hood, called the Saiyan in Red. Though the Saiyan in Red nearly defeats him, Shallot manages to fight back enough to cause damage to the hooded person and cause him to retreat. Before the Saiyan in Red flees, he calls Shallot "the blood of the ancient." | Other Information Saiyan Power Shallot is a fierce warrior and prides himself in fighting until the very end. He is incredibly headstrong and will simply not allow himself to stop fighting until he has proven to himself (and others) that he has done all that he must've done. After rigorous training, Shallot became capable of a power-up through rage. While undergoing the power-up, which is just an inflation of his chakra, his eyes become fierce in appearance and his hair spikes up. His chakra is also orange, with his mental image being a silhouette of a Great Ape face behind him. Once the power-up is complete Shallot's appearance returns to normal. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Sealing Techniques Particularly unique to Shallot is his interest in sealing arts. His fascination lies more in their attack potential, especially for barriers that can be used to tangibly hurt others or augment himself, as well as seals that can focus on the negation or augmentation of his chakra techniques. He is incredibly headstrong on his fighting style being of pure destructive power and negation, so he finds it a fitting tool to "appear" as such. Despite only just learning the use of these seals, he has a natural aptitude for the arts and will no doubt increase his arsenal in the times to come. As of now, he still has but one seal he uses regularly, but that will change in time. Type: Fuuin
Rank: A Range: Short (Mid-Range Blast when Released) Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: Before the battle, the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breathe in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the user's mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An example of this jutsu would be if the opponent uses a B-Rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the user's mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fire back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B-Rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the user's mouth at high speed, similar to when Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the user's mouth. Note: Useable 3 times Note: Can only seal one jutsu per seal Note: Can only seal A-Rank and below Note: Must wait 1 turn to use this jutsu again Note: Each seal can only be used once per battle. Note: After a jutsu has been sealed in the user's mouth when they release it back, it counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turns. Note: Can only seal one element, not elemental combinations. Amidst his travels, Shallot was truly impressed with the technologies available. It was clear he was not well accustomed to the level of mechanical wonders around him, struggling to grasp even simple tools and electronic devices. However, this did not stop him from seeing the value in them. One such item was the Absorption Arm. The scientist who provided him the tool retrofitted his gauntlet so that it looked just like it. It was placed on his right arm and matches his left gauntlet in shape and size. Type: Tool
Rank: S Range: N/A Chakra Cost: N/A (40 Chakra Per Use) Damage Points: N/A Description:A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
