it makes no sense to get the ten tails like he wants he need the shukaku in the gedo statue and if it was in him it would have to be extracted but if that happened tobi would die unless he was an uzumaki like kushina who was the only person proven to live through the extraction and even if he is an uzumaki theres no garuntee he would live as we do not know how kushina lived through the extraction and tobi would not risk such a thing happeneing and sasuke will never get a bijuu especially not one as weak as the shukaku who was beaten by kid naruto and gamabunta sukaku is inside the gedo statue plain and simple

Could happen,Tobi might be caring Shakaku, next episode may reveal that or not,Shakaku has to be somewhere,if not in the statue then in Tobi. If He is the statue He now knows what the rest of the tail beast know, only if He is in Tobi can Tobi suppress the information and like I said next chapter may acer that.

Tobi doesn't have any beast sealed in him.
He needs to combine all the beasts to be able to summon the 10 tails, so why would he be hosting 1 beast, only to have to remove it again to summon the 10tails!?!?
Also, if he had 1 beast in him he wouldn't have chakra problems and be able to have his jins paths also use rinnegan abilities...

You're assuming Tobi has not had years of planing and preparation,witch He has had, He Has plan for contingencies but one. He did not count on Naruto's abilities to go beyond just controlling Kurama, but partnership with Kurama and the rest of the tail beast.
