It would seem a lot of people haven't really been adhering much awareness of Juugo all in the while being only attentive to kabuto/sasuke/madara/naruto. The dude has been thinking things for selective chapters now, since the moment Taka arrived on the chessboard(And think back to when he operated with Sasuke with Susano'o..). He must know something, and I'm pretty sure hasn't been calling off with sixth senses to foreshadow nothing. This time he indicated that Orochimaru had some secret plan.
I wonder if this means Orochimaru still wants Sasuke's body? Would this mean Kabuto would protect him and versatile Orochimaru? Unless he tries Sasuke the moment he starts to wake up, he's a bit late. (And regardless, I mean I wouldn't be surprised if Sasuke is all Rinne'd when his eyes open)

What could this mean? As small of a role Juugo may be playing right now, he's been playing out teensy utterances.
