She had started in a sitting position but Medusa leaps to her feet in one fluid motion and once her bare feet touch the firm yet soft ground, she'd instantly manipulate earth chakra around Zeref's position. Before he knew it, just as her feet touched the ground two small pillars of earth burst from below the soles of his feet with not a single sign of erupting. The pillars are angled towards Medusa so that Zeref would get launched about 5m into the air, aimed at Medusa's current position. With Zeref in mid air, exposed to many different options of attacks, Medusa swings her left hand towards the airborne Zeref in a left to right horizontal fashion while releasing 3 blades of wind that are targeting different spots on the body. The first one is aimed directly at the center of Zeref's abdominal area, the second is aimed for his groin and the last at his neck directly in the center, all in attempts to crucially injure him...[/I]

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu..
Although it's been a while since Zeref has participated in a battle, this woman's arrogance seemed over the top. To think, that she believed that he wouldn't put up a fight was absurd. However, her opinion of Zeref did not matter to him, but the fact that this woman, or girl had an intimidating tone frightened him. She was a mere child, yet she was confident in her abilities, which signaled that she was no ordinary child and shouldn't be taken lightly. Before he could reply, his whole body was abruptly pushed into the air, towards the direction of Medusa. Alarmed, and while mid-air, he notes his opponent's movement of her hands, she motioned them and released, what seemed to be like three blades of wind. They were barely visible and almost blended into thin air, but the "blowing" sound it created was present. With a single handseal, Zeref releases a torrent of flames at a downwards angle, aimed towards the three blades of wind and was large enough to cover that area that the blades targeted. The force of the flames would push him back as it was continuously released. The flames easily overpowered the blades of wind, continuing to Medusa. After it hit Medusa, Zeref would stop supplying fire chakra to the torrent, therefore extinguishing it and performs a simple backflip to return to his original position, a few inches behind the pillar created by Medusa.

The flames are hot enough to quickly evaporate large quantities of water within a relatively short amount of time.
