Hey man, let's just go over the perimeters of success in my training real quick
I would like you to include at least one advantage and disadvantage in every Jutsu description that you make in order to further your learning that you learning. Note that being lazy on this part will get you a huge explanation instead of a reply saying whether you did good or not. Besides that I would also like you guys to be fairly descriptive when you are explaining what you are doing and not say that you actually preformed the Jutsu or Include and ending such as "And your clone goes poof" or "And then I preform the Jutsu". Stuff such as that will not be accepted. Got it?

1. The Nara Clan, is a clan that resides within the Hidden Leaf Village. Each member possesses a superior intellect to what we call a normal human, and for that, are known for their intellect. Whilst they are extremely lazy, they are good strategists and the current head of the clan, Shikaku Nara, is the head advisor of Konohagakure, I think, and the head advisor for the five kages in the Fourth Great Shinobi World War. They are known to be able to manipulate shadows, albeit this isn't a kekkei genkai. They are good friends with the Akimichi and Yamanaka clan, and have combination techniques. They form the well-known Ino-Shika-Cho trio.
2. I believe they are known to be "affiliated" with shadows, deer, and medicine. They are also "affiliated" in some way with the Akimichi clan and Yamanaka clan.
3. Shadows, in the Naruto world, is basically the same thing as real life. They appear when our bodies block the sun, causing shadow's to appear where there isn't any sun reaching. However, these shadows can be controlled by the Nara Clan members.
4. Shadows, have the ability to control a lot of people and many jutsu can be used with the proper knowledge. With strategy, the shadows could prove lethal and potent when used correctly. They are strong against people with not much strength and willpower, as they are unable to break the effect of the shadow techniques via brute force. However, this depends also on the rank of the technique in question. A weakness is that Shadow techniques require the presence of light to be able to function. Thus, when it is night time, and the place is dark, shadows cannot be used.
5. There have been 3 shadow users that have been shown in the manga and anime. They are Shikamaru, Shikaku, and Ensui, albeit the latter only being shown in the manga. As of the moment, I can only think of Shadow Imitation(possession), Shadow Shuriken Imitation, Shadow Sewing, and I think Shadow binding...That one that strangles

Then, in my mind, I pull my shadow longer, by roughly about two metres. With that thought in my mind, I focus back upon my shadow, and try to "imitate" my thought.
With my chakra infused with my shadow, I then en-lengthen my chakra, and lengthen my shadow. I "pull" the shadow with my chakra, making it go along with my chakra. I roughly try to extend my shadow by around two metres

For this Jutsu you are going to send you Chakra into your shadow and infuse the two so that they become one. Then you are going to move the shadow forward, by moving your chakra, until it finally connects with my clone's shadow. After that has been done move around a little and keep the connection up.
First off, I start to concentrate mentally, pushing unnecessary thoughts out of my mind. I close my eyes, and furrow my eyebrows, before bringing my two hands together, forming a 'Rat' hand seal or something. I gather a decent amount of chakra in my body, and flow my chakra around my body. As I feel my chakra flow reach its zenith, I circulate and channel my chakra downwards, down my hamstring muscles and everything, and through the soles of my feet, into my shadow. I pour my chakra into my shadow indefinitely, infusing my chakra with the shaodw of my towering figure about 1.8 metres in length. Then, as I feel my chakra perfectly infused with my shadow, and circulating around my shadow, I start to picture in my mind, once more, my shadow. I imagine an imaginary hand, and pull my shadow longer. I am standing roughly 10 metres apart from you I guess >_>. I drag my shadow along with the hand, until it covers the distance between us, and my shadow connects with yours. I try to make that thought reality.
With that, I extend my chakra, now infused with the shadow. I en-lengthen it, and stretch my chakra, slowly pulling it longer and longer, like a rubber band. Likewise, if I stretch my shadow, without increasing the 'volume of it, it would grow thinner. I stretch and stretch my chakra, until it reaches its maximum length, connecting with you. Once my shadow connects with you, I flow my chakra from my shadow to your shadow, manipulating your movements hereon forth.
After successfully connecting our shadows, I feel a tingling sensation in my body, similar to the 'Imperius Curse' from Harry Potter, feeling weird that I now have control over your movements, albeit unwillingly. Then, I begin to do a few skips and jump, while keeping my eye on you. I look over my shoulder, and see that you are looking over your own shoulder, right knee in the air, left foot touching the ground. I continue to do this, and get even more hyper, before performing a 100 metre sprint, having you following me like a stalker >_>
I suppose you want me to give you the advantages stuff? I feel like writing much more >_> Like when I would use this jutsu and all those....
For one, this jutsu isn't particularly fast, and it is rather noticeable. It is predictable, and the opponent can easily dodge it. Even if the sun is rising in the sky, and our shadows are fastest and longest, a ninja should be able to dodge without too much difficulty.
The best way to use this technique is with strategy, and surprise. If you have a proper strategy, and if you are able to lure the opponent to somewhere your shadow can easily capture them, this jutsu can potentially lead to a lethal counter-attack. Another way to use this jutsu, is when the opponent 's vision is blocked from you, or he cannot see your shadows coming at him. Probably that blinding jutsu thingy?! Thus, when he does not know what is incoming, he will get hit, and shall die by your whatever counter-attack.
O_O Sadly, since this jutsu forces your opponent to imitate your movements, you cannot simply throw a kunai at the opponent, since your opponent would do the same >_>. You have to figure out a smart way to do it instead, like making use of things about both you and your opponent that aren't the same, or symmetrical. Another weakness is that shadow techniques such as this do not function when there is a complete absence of light. Thus, if there isn't light, this jutsu is useless ^_^.
Also, being a D-rank jutsu, it is relatively easy to break out of this jutsu's control with brute force. Thus, overall, you have to finish your opponent quickly after catching him with this jutsu, or else you might lose your chance.

I want you to start off by sending a whole bunch of chakra into your shadow and then infusing your chakra with your shadow. After that I want you to take your newly created shadow chakra and pour it into this blade. After that I want you to jump into the air and throw it at my clones shadow, causing him to be paralyzed for a few moments which you will take advantage of by killing him.

Now lets see...I receive the trench knives, or blades that you passed to me, with both hands, graciously, thanking you. Then, I start to bite my lip, trying to work out on how I should perform this jutsu. Then, after several moments, I begin to start performing it.
First off, I start by focusing a very huge amount of chakra in my body, with all the strength I can possibly muster as of the current time. Then, I flow my chakra around my body, circulating it, refreshing all of my chakra points, with a tingling sensation. Then, as I feel my chakra flow reach its zenith, I then flow all my chakra from my body, and pour it down to my legs, through the soles of my feet, and into my shadow. Then, with great concentration, I open my close eyes from before, trying to concentrate, and stare down at the towering, tall, and lengthy shadow of mine, and with my chakra now flowed into the shadow, I fuse the two entities together, shadow and my chakra. I fuse my shadow with my chakra, and my chakra soon becomes 'shadow chakra' which does not exist. Then, as my chakra is completely fused with the shadow, it makes my chakra somewhat blacker, and weirder, looking like a contaminated fluid kind of stuff. Then, I take a portion of my chakra, and flow it up my body, up my legs, and up into my both hands, which both hold and grasp a blade firmly in both hands. I pour my 'contaminated shadow' chakra into the blades, infusing it with the metal of the trench knives, thus inadvertently, making my blade 'shadow blades'.
Then, with the sun behind me, I jump high into the air, springing and leaping forward in a 45 degrees angle, which enables me to be almost directly above you when I reach the peak of my possible height of jump. Then, I look down at your clones shadow, and the clone, due to human instinct is monitoring my movements in the air. Due to my features being kind of shaded by the sun, I focus my chakra within my trench knives, keep it stable, and then I aim it down at your shadow, throwing each at your knives, with great accuracy and precision, slightly apart, but still within you shadow. As my knives lodge itself into the ground under your shadow firmly, I have thrown it with great force such that it will not drop. Then, as the shadow chakra-infused blades reach your shadow, they immediately connect, and our shadows indirectly fuse, due to my chakra present in the trench knives. Once again, I feel a weird feeling in my body, having control over your body momentarily now. Now that I threw the blades, and my chakra is infused with your shadow, you are paralysed and unable to move for awhile, and with that, I take the opportunity and slice him with the blades in hand, whilst he is paralyzed.
Advantages & Disadvantages
Now, based on the trajectory of the knives thrown at the target, a normal opponent would be able to tell where the blades would hit, since it is rather obvious, unless your shadow is perfectly aligned with you body, due to the sun's location, and thus, that would make it harder. This can be considered both an advantage or a disadvantage, since firstly, the opponent can tell that the knives would not hit him, and simply dodge it. Or, the opponent would ignore the blades, not knowing it is dangerous or has shadow chakra infused, without dojutsu, this jutsu is a very good surprise. Also, now that the opponent doesn't care, it is easy, since if he gets hit, he is doomed ^_^.
Once again, this jutsu can't function at night, since the opponent would have no shadow. Although this jutsu is 'harder' to dodge in a way than the previous jutsu, due to the different scenarios possible, what the opponent responds with and so on so forth. \

For this Jutsu I want you to send a large amount of chakra into your shadow and then Infuse the chakra with the shadow. It is crucial that you continue to do this throughout the entire Jutsu, not Just the beginning. After you have successfully done that I want you to move your shadow towards my clone and then connect your two shadows, taking note that my clone won't go down without a fight. Once you have done that focus on bringing that shadow out of the ground and creeping it slowly up towards my clones neck, molding the tip of the shadow into a hand. Finally when you reach his neck, squeeze the shadows hand around my clones neck, chocking him to death.

I start off, by concentrating mentally and focus, clearing my mind of unnecessary thoughts. I keep my mind clean, and close my eyes, furrowing my eyebrows, breathing in and out, and maintaining peace at mind. Then, I slowly gather a huge amount of chakra in my body, and gather it together. I flow my chakra throughout my entire body, and circulate it, and as my chakra flow reaches its zenith, I thus channel my chakra downwards, downstream my thigh, hamstring muscles, and eventually, the soles of my feet. Then, through the soles, I release my chakra out from my body, into my towering, long, and tall dark shadow beneath me, and flow it into the shadow smoothly. Then, after I pour all my chakra into my shadow, I feel my shadow through the depths of my chakra, and infuse my chakra with the dark shadow. I imagine the shadow, and mix my chakra together with the shadow, forming a very-like 'shadow chakra'. Then, I flow my chakra through my shadows, and flow it around and around, circulating my chakra around my shadow, until this becomes second-nature and my chakra is stable within the shadow. Then, feeling more confident, I start to carry out the jutsu. The next step is to continuously add chakra and flow it in my shadow. I continue to mould and build up chakra in my body, repeating the process, and adding it to my shadow, reinforcing its length and strength, and so on so forth.
Then, slowly, I try to feel my chakra infused with the shadow, and now, I start the next step. Firstly, I start to pull my chakra, stretching my shadow as I did earlier in the first jutsu. I stretch, and enlengthen it, making it longer, yet thinner; Since the volume of the shadow never changes, it is impossible to maintain the same thickness of shadow. However, I try my best, and make it long, and stretch it. With the Sun out in the sky, gleaming, my shadow is longer, and I then manipulate my chakra infused with the shadow to grow longer, and connect with your shadow. I enlengthen it, 1 metre, 2 metre...Then, as I keep on extending it, I continue to flow my chakra through my shadow, and infuse it within. I never stop doing this, and does this fluently, and without mistake. As my shadow converges upon yours, and is about to connect, within close proximity, I focus and concentrate even more, continuing to do all those second-nature things. I look up at your clone, and see that it has shifted its attention to my creeping shadow. Thus, your clone attempts to run, and jumps 45 degrees to the bottom right, and zig zags, from left to right, jumping backwards, to avoid my shadow.
As I see the new obstacle arising, I thus try a higher level of manipulation. Now that I see that my shadow is nearly reaching its limit, and is getting thinner and thinner, I know I have to think of a good plan. Thus, I attempt at dividing my chakra into two sections, equally. Then, I split my shadow inadvertently, into two long strings, and they continue on wards to you, and they are able to traverse a longer distance. Now, one of the shadow goes to the left, in a wide arc, whilst the other goes in a smaller arc, shifting your attention indirectly to the one coming towards you quickly. As you continue to dodge it, I keep on weaving in and out swerving, keeping you on your toes, as my shadow nearly completes the circumfrance of a wide arc of a circle path. Then, as my shadow is coming to get you from behind, my other shadow is closing upon you in front. Then, I connect my shadows together with yours, and immediately, without hesitation, I infuse my chakra into your shadow. Now that I have caught you, I focus upon the next step.
My first task would be to let my shadow leave the ground, and crawl up on your body. Thus, I quickly refocus my chakra once again, reinforcing my chakra once again. I concentrate immensely, and with that, I try to manipulate my chakra infused with the shadow, to make my shadow tangible, and not stick to the ground. I turn it into something not like shadow, but more like a sheet of paper, which contains the properties of shadow, besides the one that makes it go on the ground. Then, I form your shadow, and mine combined, and combine it into a thick rope-like substance, and it slowly crawls up your left leg, and goes up to your shoulder area. While doing this, I continue to reinforce my chakra, flowing more and more, so that the connection does not break. As you clone attempts to struggle against my shadow bind, I focus every time he attempts to writhe out of the way, and I focus my chakra, keeping it stable, and not letting you break out. As your energy slowly gets drained, I crawl above your shoulder, and wrap it around your body several times, and go around your other shoulder. With tremendous concentration, I complete the bind, and the last part has finally arrived.
By now, your movement is limited, and you are probably keeling over the floor, out of energy to break out of the tight bind. Thus, I study the characteristics of my own arm, picturing it in my mind, and thus, using shape manipulation, I morph the end, roughly 15-20cm in length, into a hand shaped like my hand. As the black-colored hands starts to form, I flow my chakra through the fingers, and I then go near your neck, and grasp your neck around it, using all my 'fingers', and clench your neck forcefully. I squeeze it hard, and refuse to give you room to breathe. I use all of my force, while concentrating on stabilizing my chakra too, so that it doesn't fall apart.

Firstly, like the Shadow Imitation, this jutsu requires you to catch the opponent with a mediocre-speed travelling shadow, which has a limited length, and speed, and power. Thus, it is important to use this with strategy, or with surprise. Failure to do so might result in a wasted jutsu, and an opening for the opponent to counter-attack. For example, your opponent uses a jutsu to back into long-range, and your shadow just maxed out its distance. You have to retract your shadow, and that time in which you do that, might be enough for the opponent to strike you quickly and kill you. Thus, I classify this jutsu risky when you do not use this with a good plan/formula.
Also, as before, this jutsu is much more noticeable to tell if something is wrong, unlike the Imitation Shuriken. The Imitation Shuriken is more untraceable, since its shurikens or blades, and thus, the suspicion is lowered somewhat. This jutsu is predictable, and you can dodge without much trouble. The tricky part is when your opponent has his/her attention diverted elsewhere, and with that, you can catch him successfully, and bind him, torturing him to death.
Another disadvantage to this jutsu is its strength. As seen in the anime, Hidan was able to break out of this technique with sheer force, resisting the hand trying to climb up his body. Thus, we must take into account your opponent's strength, and the rank of this jutsu. Use this to bind your opponent, and quickly finish him off. If not, when they break out of it, you might be in trouble, kind of >_>
Because this is a shadow jutsu, it only functions during the day, when the Sun casts a shadow over your looming body, due to reflections and light and such...Thus, in the absence of light, this jutsu cannot function.
Also, if the sun is behind you, one can throw a flash bomb and will cause your shadow to retract, instead of speeding up, due to the Sun's position. Thus, be wary of your location when using this.

Firstly, I stand still, firmly on the ground, with my legs slightly parted, and I then start building up a good, and relaxing amount of chakra, perfectly sustainable within the depths of my body. I concentrate, and focus mentally, closing my eyes, and furrowing my eyebrows. Then, as I build up the chakra, I then proceed and flow my chakra through the depths of my body, and as I feel my chakra surging through my chakra circulatory system, at a fairly fast rate, along with a fairly fast current, refreshing all my chakra points, my chakra flow then reaches its zenith, and I then gather the large entity of chakra in my body. With that, I flow my chakra downwards, towards my legs, and then through the soles of my feet, I use the shadow as a medium for my chakra, before channeling it into my towering long and pitch-black shadow, and explore every 'nook and cranny' of my shadow, before infusing my shadow with the intangible depth of my shadow, and mix my chakra around with it. As I successfully manage to do that, I thus create a 'shadow-like chakra'. As I do that, I continue to flow my newly-found chakra through my shadow, circulating it round and round my intangible shadow, until this becomes second-nature. I continue to add chakra to my shadow, to ensure I do not lose control of it, and maintain stability within the volume of shadow, and reinforcing its strength, durability, and supplementing its length, and so on so forth. Thereupon, I start my second step of this technique, the forming of my own body O^O
Now that my chakra has successfully merged with the entity of shadow, my chakra has become one with it, and I then start to tweak its properties a little. Firstly, I add more and more chakra to my shadow, and manipulate its properties, and with that, I change it from its very intangible form, to a more tangible form, until it becomes matter, at least, a very different and unique liquid, than non-matter. Now that I have successfully achieved this form of state manipulation, I am now able to lift my shadow off the ground, slowly but surely, albeit still retaining shadow properties. As I enable myself to do so, I lift a volume of my shadow off the ground, pointing it in a 45 degrees angle upwards, and as I reach a sufficient amount volume of shadow which is lifted off the ground, I supplement its properties, and flow and pour more chakra into the connection, and flowing it to the very tip of my shadow, and start to manipulate its shape, via shape manipulation. By that, I mean adding chakra to my shadow, yet not achieving the impossible fact of manipulating its volume, adding volume to it and changing its total amount, because that in logic, is not possible. Therefore, I divide my chakra into an uneven proportion, one end longer, stretching into the sky, and I then change its form and shape, pulling here and there, making adjustments, forming a human. Firstly, I pull two ends of the shadow about 1.5 meters in length outwards, forming the 'arms' of the human 'puppet'. Thereupon, I flow my chakra through the arms, while I pull it, maintaining control over it, and therefore not disabling my ability to manipulate it. I continuously excrete my chakra towards the depth of my chakra, and as I do that, I successfully form the arms, and then I begin on the legs. Firstly, I shape the bottom of my shadow, connected with the ground into two seperate feets, forming a V-shape gap in between, which forms the gap between both legs, into the ***** area, and therefore, I shape my feet into a horizontal 20 centimeters thingy, and form the toes with great mental concentration. While doing this, I simply picture an image of myself in my mind, and seek to imitate that with my shadow. As the toes form, I form the shins, hamstring muscles, and then the thighs, completing the legs. I flow my chakra through the depths of my shadow, giving it strength and 'life', and letting it imitate my true body. Thereupon, as I successfully form the lower part of my body, I start on the abdomen. As my maximum volume of shadow, is nearly reaching its limit, I form the abdomen and chest, and I flow my chakra through the inner parts of it, which is important, giving it lungs, stomach, and a 'heart' giving it life therefore, letting it move properly. Then, as my hands, legs, and body has been formed, I start on the head, and I mould it into a bald head, like mine, giving it a round structure, and forming the skull, I then flow my chakra and the brain is formed Then, I circulate my chakra through the shadow body again, ensuring that it still has my chakra infused with it. After that, I try to mentally think about my own personality, my characteristics, and then incorporate it into my chakra, and thus, flow my chakra into the shadow body, therefore infusing my characteristics into it, forming a very like replica of myself.
Now that I successfully formed a replica of myself, containing almost all of my natural characteristics, I stare in pleasure at my counterpart, or doppelganger, and then, I start to manipulate the shadow once again, focusing upon its legs. I then use my remaining volume of shadow, and connect it with my shadow man, forming a connection to manipulate and flow my chakra through. Then, manipulating the chakra infused and circulated with the shadow man, I control each of its body parts systematically, first, I swing his left arm forward slightly, and therefore, right feet forward by about 1 step. Then, I get the tingling sensation once again in my body, of weirdness and eerie, before I get used to it. I take a few more steps, and feeling more confident, I then let out a sudden burst and speed in chakra circulation in the shadow man, and enhance his movements, I then, leave the ground, on my feet, and jump into the air, feet parting, and then sprint towards you, in a wide arc, from the left, coming in at your clone quickly. I flow my chakra continuously through the body, circulating it through and through, swinging alternate arms and legs. Then, as he is nearing close proximity, your clone would have noticed the shadow man's intentions by now. As I traverse the wide arc towards you, your clone turns 45 degrees backwards, facing the shadow man directly, allowing a faster response. Then, you clone lifts his right arm forward, palm facing the clone, and left foot slightly in front of the right. Then, when I reach within five meters of your clone, I take a sudden leap of fate, and jump towards the right, letting in a sudden large boost in the feet, allowing the highest jumping capabilities at its peak possible for my current chakra power. Then, I switch to another arc, and leave not even my presence behind. As I switch from left to right, zig zagging suddenly, I completely throw your clone off guard by this sudden movement, and approach from the other arc. As I converge upon your clone, I raise up my right hand, fist clenched, in a menacing pose. As I approach close proximity, nearing 1 meter of your location, with great momentum and speed, albeit having lost some in that sudden jump, your clone has difficulty responding in time, and is still in the process of shifting direction. Then, I plant my left foot around 30 centimeters away from you before pushing my entire body forward, in an aggressive motion, thereupon, with my right fist raised, I deal a powerful jaw-breaking punch to your left cheek. With the momentum I have gathered. I then continue the punching motion, and with that, I break the fall with my right arm, and then perform a whipping motion and bringing my left foot in a wide arc around in a circular motion, whipping and tripping your ankles as you are in a desperate attempt to break your fall from the punch, and trying to regain concentration. Then, as your head crashes upon the floor with great impact and force, your clone then tries to get up, with a saggy expression, as if muddle-headed, with a concussion in his head. Therefore, I gather up all the strength I can muster within the shadow man, with my chakra concentrated upon the lower body, and deliver a kneeing-motion in his stomach-abdomen area, delivering an excruciating pain in that area. Then, as your clone spits out a mouthful of saliva accidentally, with his mouth bleeding, and body severely injured, I then deliver two more punches, alternating hands, on his head, at either side of his 'brain', completely devastating him with pain, and I lastly deliver a thumping headbutt in the chest with force, and end my performance of strikes with that.
Then, as your clone lands to his consternation on his butt, I then take advantage of his momentary dizziness, and unconsciousness, I then get my shadow man, flowing chakra and circulating it through his body once again, and I connect my hand with his neck, in a strangling motion. Then, I break apart the bonds of chakra in my shadow, and doing so, I break apart the shadow man, dismantling it into shadow, before I attain a higher level of shape manipulation, and with my chakra still infused with the parts of shadow, I use shape manipulation to morph it into a rope, and wrap it around the clone tightly, using my flowing chakra to form it, like a wire coiling around an electromagnet, and therefore, I constrict the clones movements. With that, I squeeze him tightly, blocking out his air passage, and leaving him no room to breathe and get oxygen for life. Then, I pour my chakra into the rope, or wire, and maintain stability within, ensuring it not to break.
Advantages and Disadvantages
One of the advantages to this technique, is that, seeing as it is almost a replica of yourself, it can take on the role of a clone, which is certainly handy. It cannot perform any techniques, but it certainly is useful for fighting Taijutsu, Hand-to-Hand combat, and capable of doing the daily tasks. That is why, it can be used indefinitely for close-combat. Another thing is that this jutsu takes time to take effect, and therefore, the opponent can dodge this rather easily, by launching themselves out of range, or simply destroying the shadow man. A simple disadvantage would be that due to the fact that you have a limited amount of shadow replicas(according to a video I saw, will post link later, you can create more than 1 shadow man) . Therefore, the opponent can outnumber you with real clones, which can do even more things

I continue to add chakra to my shadow, to ensure I do not lose control of it, and maintain stability within the volume of shadow, and reinforcing its strength, durability, and supplementing its length, and so on so forth. Thereupon, I start my second step of this technique, the forming of my own body O^O
Now that my chakra has successfully merged with the entity of shadow, my chakra has become one with it, and I then start to tweak its properties a little. Firstly, I add more and more chakra to my shadow, and manipulate its properties, and with that, I change it from its very intangible form, to a more tangible form, until it becomes matter, at least, a very different and unique liquid, than non-matter. Now that I have successfully achieved this form of state manipulation, I am now able to lift my shadow off the ground, slowly but surely, albeit still retaining shadow properties. As I enable myself to do so, I lift a volume of my shadow off the ground, pointing it in a 45 degrees angle upwards, and as I reach a sufficient amount volume of shadow which is lifted off the ground, I supplement its properties, and flow and pour more chakra into the connection, and flowing it to the very tip of my shadow, and start to manipulate its shape, via shape manipulation. By that, I mean adding chakra to my shadow, yet not achieving the impossible fact of manipulating its volume, adding volume to it and changing its total amount, because that in logic, is not possible. Therefore, I divide my chakra into an uneven proportion, one end longer, stretching into the sky, and I then change its form and shape, pulling here and there, making adjustments, forming a human. Firstly, I pull two ends of the shadow about 1.5 meters in length outwards, forming the 'arms' of the human 'puppet'. Thereupon, I flow my chakra through the arms, while I pull it, maintaining control over it, and therefore not disabling my ability to manipulate it. I continuously excrete my chakra towards the depth of my chakra, and as I do that, I successfully form the arms, and then I begin on the legs. Firstly, I shape the bottom of my shadow, connected with the ground into two seperate feets, forming a V-shape gap in between, which forms the gap between both legs, into the ***** area, and therefore, I shape my feet into a horizontal 20 centimeters thingy, and form the toes with great mental concentration. While doing this, I simply picture an image of myself in my mind, and seek to imitate that with my shadow. As the toes form, I form the shins, hamstring muscles, and then the thighs, completing the legs. I flow my chakra through the depths of my shadow, giving it strength and 'life', and letting it imitate my true body. Thereupon, as I successfully form the lower part of my body, I start on the abdomen. As my maximum volume of shadow, is nearly reaching its limit, I form the abdomen and chest, and I flow my chakra through the inner parts of it, which is important, giving it lungs, stomach, and a 'heart' giving it life therefore, letting it move properly. Then, as my hands, legs, and body has been formed, I start on the head, and I mould it into a bald head, like mine, giving it a round structure, and forming the skull, I then flow my chakra and the brain is formed
Then, I circulate my chakra through the shadow body again, ensuring that it still has my chakra infused with it. After that, I try to mentally think about my own personality, my characteristics, and then incorporate it into my chakra, and thus, flow my chakra into the shadow body, therefore infusing my characteristics into it, forming a very like replica of myself.Now that I successfully formed a replica of myself, containing almost all of my natural characteristics, I stare in pleasure at my counterpart, or doppelganger, and then, I start to manipulate the shadow once again, focusing upon its legs. I then use my remaining volume of shadow, and connect it with my shadow man, forming a connection to manipulate and flow my chakra through. Then, manipulating the chakra infused and circulated with the shadow man, I control each of its body parts systematically, first, I swing his left arm forward slightly, and therefore, right feet forward by about 1 step. Then, I get the tingling sensation once again in my body, of weirdness and eerie, before I get used to it. I take a few more steps, and feeling more confident, I then let out a sudden burst and speed in chakra circulation in the shadow man, and enhance his movements, I then, leave the ground, on my feet, and jump into the air, feet parting, and then sprint towards you, in a wide arc, from the left, coming in at your clone quickly. I flow my chakra continuously through the body, circulating it through and through, swinging alternate arms and legs. Then, as he is nearing close proximity, your clone would have noticed the shadow man's intentions by now. As I traverse the wide arc towards you, your clone turns 45 degrees backwards, facing the shadow man directly, allowing a faster response. Then, you clone lifts his right arm forward, palm facing the clone, and left foot slightly in front of the right. Then, when I reach within five meters of your clone, I take a sudden leap of fate, and jump towards the right, letting in a sudden large boost in the feet, allowing the highest jumping capabilities at its peak possible for my current chakra power. Then, I switch to another arc, and leave not even my presence behind. As I switch from left to right, zig zagging suddenly, I completely throw your clone off guard by this sudden movement, and approach from the other arc. As I converge upon your clone, I raise up my right hand, fist clenched, in a menacing pose. As I approach close proximity, nearing 1 meter of your location, with great momentum and speed, albeit having lost some in that sudden jump, your clone has difficulty responding in time, and is still in the process of shifting direction. Then, I plant my left foot around 30 centimeters away from you before pushing my entire body forward, in an aggressive motion, thereupon, with my right fist raised, I deal a powerful jaw-breaking punch to your left cheek. With the momentum I have gathered. I then continue the punching motion, and with that, I break the fall with my right arm, and then perform a whipping motion and bringing my left foot in a wide arc around in a circular motion, whipping and tripping your ankles as you are in a desperate attempt to break your fall from the punch, and trying to regain concentration. Then, as your head crashes upon the floor with great impact and force, your clone then tries to get up, with a saggy expression, as if muddle-headed, with a concussion in his head. Therefore, I gather up all the strength I can muster within the shadow man, with my chakra concentrated upon the lower body, and deliver a kneeing-motion in his stomach-abdomen area, delivering an excruciating pain in that area. Then, as your clone spits out a mouthful of saliva accidentally, with his mouth bleeding, and body severely injured, I then deliver two more punches, alternating hands, on his head, at either side of his 'brain', completely devastating him with pain, and I lastly deliver a thumping headbutt in the chest with force, and end my performance of strikes with that.
Then, as your clone lands to his consternation on his butt, I then take advantage of his momentary dizziness, and unconsciousness, I then get my shadow man, flowing chakra and circulating it through his body once again, and I connect my hand with his neck, in a strangling motion. Then, I break apart the bonds of chakra in my shadow, and doing so, I break apart the shadow man, dismantling it into shadow, before I attain a higher level of shape manipulation, and with my chakra still infused with the parts of shadow, I use shape manipulation to morph it into a rope, and wrap it around the clone tightly, using my flowing chakra to form it, like a wire coiling around an electromagnet, and therefore, I constrict the clones movements. With that, I squeeze him tightly, blocking out his air passage, and leaving him no room to breathe and get oxygen for life. Then, I pour my chakra into the rope, or wire, and maintain stability within, ensuring it not to break.
Advantages and Disadvantages
One of the advantages to this technique, is that, seeing as it is almost a replica of yourself, it can take on the role of a clone, which is certainly handy. It cannot perform any techniques, but it certainly is useful for fighting Taijutsu, Hand-to-Hand combat, and capable of doing the daily tasks. That is why, it can be used indefinitely for close-combat. Another thing is that this jutsu takes time to take effect, and therefore, the opponent can dodge this rather easily, by launching themselves out of range, or simply destroying the shadow man. A simple disadvantage would be that due to the fact that you have a limited amount of shadow replicas(according to a video I saw, will post link later, you can create more than 1 shadow man) . Therefore, the opponent can outnumber you with real clones, which can do even more things

I must say, apologies for the late reply D: I was busy with RL and battle tests and stuff >_>
First off, I stand still, and concentrate both mentally and physically. I focus, and clear my mind of irrelevant stuff such as cookies. I start to slowly fall into a more subconscious state of mind, no longer distracted by minor stuff. I then begin to build up a hefty sum of chakra within my body, and then, I flow my chakra through every part of my body thoroughly. As I feel my chakra surging through my chakra circulatory system at a fairly fast pace, along with a fairly fast current, my chakra flow then reaches its zenith, and with that entity of chakra at its peak, I then gather it together, and focus tremendously. I reach my right hand backwards, behind my back, and reach into my ninja pouch near my waist level. I grope around in my ninja pouch, and soon, my hands touch a texture similar to what I was looking for; A Flash Bomb. I quickly grasp the item firmly between my fingers, and with that, I swing my hand upwards slightly, being behind my back, and it goes into the air, before dropping down in a loop and it goes off, converting its chemical potential energy into light. As it goes off mid air behind me, at its highest point with its highest possible gravitational potential energy, the light given off bathes me and my shadow, making the light source 'increase'. Soon as the light is released, I take no hesitation and seize the opportunity, and flow the chakra I circulated and molded in my body downwards to my legs, and through the soles of my feet, I use the shadow as a medium for my chakra, and I then flow my chakra completely into it, pouring it into my shadow. As my chakra occupies every single particle in my shadow, I mix around my chakra with it, and then, I incorporate my chakra with the shadow, infusing it, and thereby forming a very like 'shadow' chakra. I circulate my chakra throughout the shadow, and thus, increasing my manipulation and power over the shadow. Making good use of the flash bomb going off behind me, my shadow is bathed in a pool of light, and then, I let out a paroxysm of chakra into my shadow, excreting a burst of chakra and controlling the chakra already infused with the shadow, to lengthen its length of shadow. I stretch and pull my shadow forward, with a sudden burst of speed, like an implacable object, thirsting for something. Aided by the Sun and Flash bomb, the speed of my shadow's movements are increased exponentially.
I continuously keep my chakra flow stable within the entity of shadow, and I keep my shadow moving towards you at a constant speed, extremely fast, aided by light energy. I calculate the trajectory and curve in which I need to use for my shadow to reach you the fastest and most efficient, but as this is obvious, I simply take the direct path. However, knowing that you would not simply fall into my trap, you would definitely notice the shadow. That is why I keep my shadow curving left and right once in awhile in a minor way, not going to far off the direct path. As my shadow completes up to about 3/5 of its journey distance, and would soon be converging upon you, I tweak its properties and attributes a little bit. While retaining the principle properties of shadow energy, cannot be destroyed, nor created, I change my shadow to become more tangible, from its previous state, to make it more of matter, and therefore, giving it a very thick liquid of some sorts, having the properties to lift off the ground, yet it really isn't liquid, it is still energy, merely in a more condensed, dense and solid form, enabling me to get it to lift up from the flat surface. With the properties successfully incorporated into my shadow, thoughts firmly intent and focused on it, my shadow is lifted slightly above the ground, and with an indefinite amount of shadow, about half from the total volume, lifted off the ground, I point it in a 45 degrees angle, and then, I begin to use shape manipulation to change its form.
In my mind, I picture an image of my hand. My palm, and my fingers. With this thought firmly depicted in my mind, I simply make a few more adjustments. I lengthen the fingernails slightly, and enlarge it. I shade the picture black in color, and I give it strong sinewy fingers. Slowly but surely, I incorporate this thoughts/feelings, into my chakra characteristics, and with it infused with the nature of my chakra, I then excrete my chakra into the shadow, and use shape manipulation to change the tip lifted off the ground to imitate exactly the picture I had in my mind. Firstly, with the width of the shadow rather wide, to ensure that the fingers and hands have an appropriate size, I then stretch 5 parts along the width of the shadow, and pull them out, by a good amount. I don't make it too thick, and instead, I give it wiry fingers, thin yet strong. As they reach their appropriate lengths, I sharpen their fingernails, to give it a very demonic hand look, similar to that of a zombie. The next part is really simple, I simply mold the rest of the shadow left lifted from the ground yet not molded, into a circular like shape in which forms the base to connect my fingers. After a few seconds of dilligent morphing of shape, the giant demonic hand is successfully formed, around 4/5 of the distance has been traveled.
As it comes towards you, I zig zag and criss cross at the last, making my Giant Hand move from left to right, shifting a bit wider to throw you off guard. At that last few meters in which they reach close proximity of you, I quickly break apart the bonds in the shadow, making use of its chemical potential energy, and then, I open its thumb, the finger on the furthest left, and the other four fingers stretch to the other end, the right, and slowly curve downwards, forming a grip kind of stance. With great speed, I grasp your clone's body with the Shadow Hand, quickly manipulating my chakra and causing it to clench firmly upon your clone's body, enveloping him tightly. I grasp firmly with all five fingers, squeezing, and while I do that, I constantly flow my chakra and circulate through the shadow, keeping the energy firmly intact, and keeping the pressure. I make sure they don't break apart, and within time, slowly but surely, I squeeze your clone, so tight that his air passage way is blocked, and he cannot take in oxygen. As such, he would die from being deprived of oxygen, in less than a minute. IN that minute, I continue to flow chakra, and circulate, keeping it stable.
Advantages and Disadvantages
The speed of this technique would be in stark contrast to the others, like Shadow Neck Bind and Shadow Imitation. This technique includes usage of flash bombs, which would make the speed of the shadow go much faster, and thus, making this harder to dodge and react. Therefore, if you use surprise and shock tactics here, there is a very huge chance that your opponent will get caught, due to the time it would take. As such, this technique can definitely be more useful when it comes down to speed and efficiency. However, we must also take into the account the throwing of the flash bomb, but that should pose no real and big problem to be honest. I suppose, from its name and such, that the technique is big. Coupled with speed, size + speed can prove to be a lethal combination. Big usually means hard to dodge, along with being wide and thereby making it very easy to hit, much easier than the thinner techniques.
Despite this being a much faster and bigger technique, it is STILL noticeable under the bright sunlight, and there is no way you'll not notice it when it is clearly in stark contrast to the ground in color. The opponent can easily notice, and possibly avoid, or evade the attack with no big effort, if you use it as a direct attack. Whereas when you use it from behind, or as a surprise, the opponent might not be able to respond quickly enough, and dodge. Thus, making this technique rather useful for surprise. The never-changing variable in all shadow techniques that if there is no presence in light, the jutsu cannot function. However, with the aid of the bright orange glimmer of the sun, your shadow techniques would function.
