I have several rule to teach shadow which you must to follow it with no excuse.

1. i won't teach it easily, meaning you won't get a single tech with just only one post.

2. Describe... you will gonna need it in battle, so describe how the jutsu work with details... remember details...!

3. this is very important, you must follow every single of my instruction and you may add some improvement on how you describe the jutsu, no Complaining.

4. after the training ends, you must fight me in battle field and try to trap me with the jutsu i gave you.. (you could try the best though xd )

First, our Noble Clan, is reknown for it's inteligance. It is true that most of our members have an extreamly high IQ, and we are exceptional tactitians and strategists. We also have a book with medicine recipies of high level. We are also tending deers in our forest, close to Konoha. Curently, the head of our clan is Shikaku-sama. Our Clan has good relations with the Akimichi and Yamanaka clans. We also have a tradition in creating teams with them, as well as a Sarutobi clan's member giving them earrings.

Our special ability is the shadow. It is rather a hiden technique than a KG. The first part of our ability is to extend our shadows at will. Our shadows can extend as fast as a shinobi can run. This, simingly useless part of our ability enables a second ability of our's: the merging of Shadows. When we merge our shadow with that of an other person, he/she is traped. If the shadow imitation technique is used, the opponet will be forced to "be" our shadow, meaning that they will imitate any movement the user does. Additionaly, it was shown that the shadow can also be used to grab items, if extended on a 3 dimentional scale (battle with Hidan). Other than that, we have found many ways to use our ability on a better scale, such as using flash bombs (to extend our shadow faster) or using it along with shuriken, to trap our opponet's movement. It seems that the efficacity of the shadow diminishes over time/chakra of the user, and it can also be resisted by stronger opponets (not completely). The shadow has a major weakness: It is unuasble in total darkness, as there will be no shadow created. The same goes under a too bright light source. Also, fire/lighting, if used corectly, can change the direction of the shadow, and even expand it. That can work either way (even by the opponet, to redirect the user's shadow).

The most famous character of our clan (manga-wise) is Shikamaru Nara, who is extreamly inteligent, but quite lazy sometimes, although he seems to have overcome his lazyness lately.

Now lets get your knowledge into practice

I want you to begin to channel your chakra into your feet and once you feel you have enough chakra gathered, channel the chakra into the shadow and make it move a bit forward.

I first stand still, and calmly stare at my shadow. Then, I start focusing chakra on my feet. Then, I let my chakra flow from my feet on my shadow, like a liquid, and manipulate it in order to make an exact duplicate of my shadow. Then, I infuse my shadow with the chakra, and stich it together. I then visualise my shadow getting larger, and extending. After I visualise it, I see it happening, and my shadow reaching about 50 centimetters further than it originally did.
