but if it's Itachi it is in some kind of ghost form. Well you never know when it comes to Itachi, he could have placed some seal inside Sasuke allowing it.. You really can't possibly tell, that man is like Orochimaru 2.0
I doubt it though, Itachi played his part in this story. I believe it's Kabuto. When Oro took back his powers, Kabuto probably felt it inside Izanami.

I wish itachi would come back but its probably kabuto he is a medical ninja and he probably is going to thank sasuke 4 saving him from himself so he will save sasuke

I have a good feeling that it is either Kabuto or Yamato.
Kishi kind of left Kabuto on a cliffhanger - just stood in the middle of a cave. Then that's the last we saw of him. So it makes sense that Kabuto would come back to show that he has seen the error of his ways. + he is one of the only people alive at the minute with enough chakra + medical ninjutsu to save sasukes life.
OR....
(less likely) Yamato has somehow got free and made his way to the battlefield.
But I think its safe to say that it IS NOT Itachi. We have had a good closure on his story - the manga would not benefit one bit if kishi was to bring him back at this point.
