Like Nara said there this is wrong section for Character related question. I would like talk about you question about clones , first What is a clone?
Shadow clones are the actual copies of user not a illusion like clones.The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own.
So in case of Naruto Kurama chakra is equally divided into each clone he creates only chakra and it also allows his clones to go under bijju mode with it but only to a certain limit.

Actually this is explained in Anime posted today, Pretty much the 9 tails just tunnels the number of Clones.
Example Formula
X number of Clones + Kyuubi = number of link (x+k=n)
So if there are 100x+K= 100 linking tunnels to Kyuubi granted this is to drain his chakra but it also is just a linkage. The clones are just an extension of the users own chakra, the clones are pretty much shaped chakra so there wouldn't be any seals on the clone.
But I could be wrong, just my theory.

yes, if you're talking about the dead god seal your correct it was cleared in the latest Naruto movie where Naruto clone was taken to experiment the muku's father immediately noticed that it was a clone because the seal was absent.

he is actually fighting tobi. he is not a shadow clone. the ones he sent to kakashi/5 kages were shadow clones
he doesn't clone the 9 tails
but there is a psychic connection with tailed beasts,
he can still communicate with kurama through their minds
this is how he is able to speak to all the tailed beasts
it is also explained that when he makes a clone of himself, he is multiplied, but the kurama is not. which is why during his use of shadow clones, kurama is able to suck more of his chakra out of him, they show a diagram of it here
