Shadow Clone Techinque question

Soooo I'm wondering something about this. Since with the Kage Bunshin (shadow clone) you make an exact replica of yourself. So say Kakashi / An Uchiha creates a clone can a shadow clone give another person the clones the sharingan or can only the original person give someone else the sharingan / other dojutsu?

I was just wondering

They'll poof after tapping their shoulder almost, i doubt you can rip off a eye and implant it on someone else, and wouldn't the eye dissapear after a while?

Clones poof when hit and I think cutting out their eyes counts as hitting them also Kakashi is not an Uchiha.
