Because hagoromo's wife clearly diluted the bloodline so she is an obvious fodder and normal human while kaguya's husband had to of been from another strong species based on the fact that the sage bros have a distinctly different look from kaguya and have strength comparable to hers

You could be right on that. Hamura looks like his Mother though. Byakugan, Hair, round Face. Hagoromo must look like his Dad. They look both badass though.
